Quiet Muffler & Brake

Wanted to get exhaust tips installed on my NX. Went to one place and they did the worst job ever. I mean, I coulda done better with one hand, blind folded and some duct tape, so with google and Yelp's reviews I found Quiet Muffler & Brake. These guys deserve all the accolades!
They took the time to come up with the best way to mount the tips, explained what they'll do and did a 100% professional job. Very happy and I would recommend them any time!

Called a few shops to get a price range for cutting off the factory muffler flange which rusted off and made a terrible rattle as the pipe tapped from the resonator (car side) of this broken weld joint and they offered a low high price range. Their high was the starting price from the other shops. Since I was visiting from San Diego and getting my son in law's car fixed to reduce his stress as a new father I assumed that they would push for the higher price once it was on the rack but was pleasantly surprised to get the lower price with warranty. The job was done in a few minutes while I waited while leaving the shop I noticed the low tire pressure sensor light was on and returned to the shop to request they loan me a guage to check the pressure myself but they did it for me no charge. Nice to find a shop on short notice to get work done on the spot at a fair price.

I've always had friends work on my car, so I was hesitant to take my car to a shop. Being new to Canada and Vancouver, I didn't have a choice.

Despite my trepidation, these guys were straightforward, fast, and honest. They called me and confirmed that my car needed new brakes, rotors, and two new shoes. They adjusted my back brakes as well and gave me a detailed description of where the most wear was, and why.

I wholeheartedly appreciate that they didn't talk to me like an idiot. They gave detailed descriptions and didn't seem to assume that because I'm a woman I know nothing about cars.

When I showed up to pick up my car we talked again about the condition of my Honda and how I can prevent the front brakes from getting so worn down. I also had them change my oil and they let me know that they will touch up my oil for free in between changes, which is handy since I have a small leak.

I walked through the shop to get my car and the mechanic asked me if I wanted to look at my old parts. This was awesome!! Sitting there were my nonexistent pads, my bumpy rotors and worn shoes. It made me feel really secure that they were willing to show me the condition of my old parts brakes instead of just "telling" me that they needed to go.

Super nice, honest, informative folks and fair pricing.

Quick service and honest guys. I brought my car in for a free quote, and they put it on the lift asap and spent a good chunk of time showing me underneath in what was going on with it.

It's first come first serve, but Raj is great for giving you a little approximate window when you can swing by if you give him a call.

He was generous with the warranty for my cat converter replacement, and really accommodating.

First time car owner came here for oil change and front brakes pads replacement. Honest people and the pricing was reasonable. Even if I live in Vancouver Downtown I'll have these guys take care of my car from now on.

It's a first come first serve place. Get there early in the morning if you want to be the first in line.

Have been a costumer for quite a few years..The Mazda needed a muffler and a pipe going over the lower control arm..they took care of it pretty quick about an hour..good quality work at a fair price..mind you I opted for the magnaflow muffler and stainless tip..sounds really good..thanks again for the good job!!!!!

Fast, friendly service. They took care of a muffler rattle in minutes and were completely friendly and welcoming. It's nice taking your car into a place where you feel well treated.
They do brakes, mufflers, tires, exhaust. They can custom build pipes so would be cheaper than most brake and muffler chains. They also have fancier exhaust systems and will weld them on instead of screwing them on. I'm actually looking for reasons to bring my car back there.

Had my fourth bolt on muffler installed, and like usual, Dell and his team had it done in minutes of my arrival!! These guys are the best in town!!

I had recently moved to Burnaby, and was wary about service for my car, ( which I had not done, in far too long) The breaks were squishy, I knew that my fluids were not maintained, either.
I was very pleasantly surprised and at ease , with Quiet muffler,The staff and owner were very helpful in explaining what needed attention, I had not made appointment , but he was able to take my car in right away. Many things were fixed that day, and myself, and my car came out smiling. We will exclusively use Quiet muffler, No Need To go anywhere else, again. Free top off of fluids anytime , and the great service that , makes the experince, even better ! I lucked out. :)

These guys were kind enough to look at my car and give me an estimate for repairs, no charge. My car is making a grinding noise when braking so it definitely needs brakes. Their estimate was fair and the customer service is great, but I'm going to have to save some money to do this repair. Thank-you for looking at the car and telling me what it needs.
