Me and husband are first time buyers and have zero knowledge in the real estate business. Nearly 8 years from our first purchase we decided the time was right to upgrade to a larger home for our growing family. Quinn was our only call. He helped us sell our house at a great price and then purchase a new one in our desired area - all of this in just 4 months or so. Quinn and I spent many hours on the phone together plotting out the right order of operations to sell and buy simultaneously and he was a great partner throughout the process. He made excellent recommendations to get the house in shape for selling, and helped to ease some of the unavoidable stress of listing and showing a home you're actively living in, with kids and a pet. He then used his network to find us the perfect next home and our offer was quickly accepted. I'm not saying Quinn's magic, but I'm not saying he's not.. I continue to wholeheartedly recommend him.

If I could 6 stars I would. Quinn has been our realtor 3 times now, dating back to 2008. You won't find a more honest, patient and hardworking professional out there. We just closed on a purchase after 14 month search. Throughout that long search, Quinn's effort never faded. There wasn't ever any pressure and in fact, Quinn always pointed out the risks and flaws with each property. He has my complete trust and deep appreciation.

After researching and interviewing other agents, we chose Quinn to sell my mother-in-law's condo in Alameda. From the moment you meet him, there is a genuine friendliness that comes through and you know that he's there to help you achieve your goal.

The condo needed a complete aesthetic overhaul--carpet, paint, popcorn ceiling removal, bath renovation, fixtures, cleaning and staging. Quinn made the process easy because he listened to us and he was hands-on in making sure that the handyman and various vendors did their jobs and got things done.

He has a great eye for detail and knows when your place is ready for the market. After all the renovation work, our budget didn't allow for stagers, so we purchased the furnishings ourselves from IKEA after Quinn created a shopping list for us. The choices were great and the condo sold for over-asking price after a few weeks.

When I decided to sell my townhouse in Alameda and relocate to Long Beach it seemed pretty overwhelming. One of my concerns was my 3 cats and I was torn about how to deal with open houses, etc. Some of the agents I spoke with didn't really hear me about that, and I didn't feel comfortable with their suggestions. Quinn really listened to me and helped me come to best solution for me which was to move first with the cats. It worked out really well because Quinn could take over having my place ready for sale and took care of all the open houses, etc. sans cats.
I knew of the option of moving first, but with Quinn we discussed all options in detail until it was clear which option was best for me.

Quinn really took care of everything, and kept me updated since I was in Long Beach. We communicated often every step of the way. The online photos of my place were super, and I am very happy with all of his suggestions. I was always able to talk to him honestly and he listened to me and I could make decisions because all the information was given to me along with pros and cons of each option.

I am very happy with how it all turned out, I think he is great. He is not pushy, he is honest, and really did listen and respect what I wanted. He is a proud family man and is a great baby-holder (I was with him once when he held someone's tiny baby, he is a pro).
