Fantastic experience once again. I've been a customer for many years and this review is long overdue.

All the technicians here have consistently been reliable, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. The front office guys are super trustworthy and always do their best to make sure I understand the repairs and that I'm comfortable. I appreciate how accommodating they are and never pushy or rushed. It's so important to me to feel like I can relax and trust that my car is in good hands. The owner helped me a few times too and was professional, really kind, and went out of his way to help me when I was stranded at a mall one day.

These guys really care and you can tell as soon as you walk in the door. I always found the costs to be pretty reasonable and the location, customer service and value seriously unbeatable. Thanks R&I for making things so easy every time I come in and for being the only shop I trust!

I want to thank R & I Automotive for helping me out in a moment of need. The under shield fell off my car and was dragging on the ground. I had a few hours to pick up my kids and was stressed about how I would get there in time. I called them and they were able to fit me in quickly between other jobs and made the repair fast. The mechanics were nice and the price was fair. I will definitely come back in the future!

We got a flat while we were on a road trip so did a quick search for a service shop as our tire quickly deflated and we ended up here! They repaired our tire in less than an hour and we were on our way! Personnel were all very kind and helpful. Thanks for saving our day!

Jason and the team at R&I are amazing. I've been coming here for the past 4 years. The location is convenient in the Terra Linda area, with restaurants/grocery store/park all within walking distance. I also like that you can drop your car off, and pick up in the late afternoon too. They do a good job of providing financial quotes prior to the work (so there are no charge surprises)!

Following any service, they share a digital report that captures the vehicle's health. I opted in the text message reminders, which I feel they don't abuse/use sparingly.

Jason from R&I reached out asked me what went wrong and wanted to fix it. I realized that there was some miscommunication from my part and lack of understanding in the way they work. There aren't many companies who reach out to you and work with you to make you feel better and happy. Their customer service is amazing, any questions or concerns that you have, feel free to bring it up to their attention. I am happy with the job they did, and I would recommend them. My 2013 Fiat had some electrical issues and deferred maintenance. My experience at R&I automotive was fantastic. Jason was responsive, transparent and educated me along the way. I was on a budget and Jason worked with me to let me know what items could wait a few months and what should be taken care of immediately. All the car problems were solved for exactly the amount of what the quote stated. Really liked the fact that he was able to text/email me the quote with all the details before determining what immediate work I needed done. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I damaged the subframe on my Challenger because it rode so low. With Jason's help and advice, we were able to jack the car up three inches and put on bigger tires. Now it doesn't scrape on driveways anymore! Jason showed me every repair step along the way and made sure he educated me about everything that was going on. He was creative and efficient, and the job ended up costing significantly less than what he quoted at the outset. There's nothing so comforting as believing in your mechanic. I've been to R & I multiple times now, and I recommend them to friends. This is a really solid shop, I think they're fantastic. Highest honors.

Took my elderly mom's car in for a oil change. 2011 Toyota corolla. Always garage kept. After wards they sent me a invoice for over $3,100 to remove and replace all engine mounts. And fix a mysterious oil leak, break bleed and flesh, and to replace the transmission fluid for over $3,000. I then took it to another shop in Rohnert park. They said there was nothing wrong with the engine mounts or other fluids. And the total bill was only $160. watch out these guys are rip off artists
