R Box Plumbing

Contacted various plumbers via Yelp project (an excellent feature of Yelp) and got responses from several (including R Box) within an hour of submitting the request (even on a Sunday).
Alex from R Box was prompt in all of his responses, clearing communicating when he will show up and his ETA and also update on teh work after he was done. While he mentioned that he would charge for the initial diagnosis, (like every other plumber), he could not find the root-cause after ~45mins of testing: so he said that he would not charge until I call him if / when the leak shows up again. Quite disciplined.
I will be sure to use their services when I need another service.

R Box plumbing saved us once again! We had leak coming from under our sink and took a video of it. It looked like it was coming from our garbage disposal. I reached out to them and they said it would need replacing. I asked a few questions and they were very patient and answered them all. The prices were comparable to what I've seen and Alex was available to come the next day. He called me to let me know if he could come early and when he got here he confirmed the issue. He said it would take 45 minutes and he was actually done earlier than that. He even taught us how unclog the new disposal. Always happy with their service and even talked them about our future projects!

Had a hot water expansion tank replaced. The service was prompt and friendly. Alex took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services for future projects.

The name is strange but the service, professionalism and honesty factors of this family owned company are exceptional. Loved working with Alex, he took his time, asked questions, gave me multiple options and got everything done. He explained a few thing about the install (great knowledge transfer) and gave me some background on his company, including the name. :) I highly recommend R Box, and will be using them exclusively moving forward.

Had a leaky shower head that literally kept us up at night. Alex provided a quick quote and was available immediately to swing by and replace the cartridge. He was extremely thorough and professional during the repair and walked me through the process. I'll be calling him again any time I have any plumbing issues.

I have found my Go To Plumber without even meeting him. I left my whole house fan on without opening a window. I was getting Sewage gas coming up through my shower drain and toilet. I knew it was probably due to the P traps having researched google. I so appreciated an answer to remedy my problem over the phone without even being charged for it. I thought it was so kind as the plumber was working at the time to offer a free solution without even having to come to my house.. I was quite worried about it and I so thank him for his kindness which so often is hard to find these days. Thank you, thank you thank you and you have my Business forever.

Great customer service. Their response to my request was speedy and an appointment was made and the work was completed within 2 days. I would hire them again in a flash.
