While we are still in bid gardening mode, we appreciated Rafael's quick response to our request for a bid and enjoyed meeting him as well as listening to his thoughts about what needs to get done and how he and his crew would approach our project. Also, he showed up. It has been surprising to us how unprofessional some painters have been in simply not honoring the appointment they have made us.

Rafael's team did a spectacular job scraping, repairing, finishing and painting our house. For context, this is an old house from 1906 that has had numerous layers of paint applied to it so I cannot stress enough how difficult this job was. If anything, the hardest part for us in the whole ordeal was picking colors. They made sure their work never interfered with our day-to-day, which was important for me as a working mom.

Rafael himself was punctual and professional whenever we met for major milestones. He provided a very reasonable quote, which, for an old, peeling house, was absolutely worth it. Whenever a situation arose, he was quick to respond and come over immediately. He really did go above and beyond and I'd be happy to provide a recommendation any time.

We recently hired Rafael and his crew to give our 22 year old deck (and our house trim) some TLC. This job included repairing and replacing wood, power washing, sanding and staining the deck. What impressed me the most about Rafael was his reliability. He told us they'd be there Monday morning at 9am and the truck pulled up at 8:55am. He was always honest about the scope of the work and his team was courteous, friendly and professional. The work lasted about 10 days and they did an excellent job. I felt that for the price and scope of work, his prices were on a par with San Francisco prices and that it proved to be an excellent value. I would recommend Rafael to other homeowners without hesitation for any paint/repair job.

Rafeal and his team painted the interior of our home stem to stern. They are hardworking (seven days a week if you let them) and detailed in everything they did. When there was an issue or correction, there was no problem correcting it. Their price is competitive. We feel good about the results and recommend giving Rafael and his team a chance to bid on your project.

Rafael did an amazing job painting the exterior of the building for the HOA. He showed up on time for our first meeting and was able to quickly provide our HOA an estimate for the project. Our HOA also asked for references and we reached out to Rafael's references and that reassured our HOA we're hiring the right painters.

After we signed with RS Professional Painting, the scaffolding was setup, they began scraping the old paint, repairing wood rot siding, and spray painting with primer and then painted the final colors. Rafael and his team made sure all the details were touched up and we're completely satisfied with the results.

All the owners are happy with the results of their work and I would recommend their services. The only suggestions is letting the HOA/residence know of when they need the windows and doors unlocked earlier. But Rafael and his team worked with the resident's schedules to get everything painted. I want to appreciate that Rafael was willing to work with our HOA which can be a challenging since there are multiple owners, the board, due diligence, and our process of paying vendors.

Listen, just hire Rafael and his team. He's kind, direct, impeccably on time, gives great advice, communicates well. The paint job is amazing.

Couldn't be happier. Professional, great quality, worked hard and hit their timeline for our job: exterior painting of an old San Francisco 3-unit building. Clear and timely communication by text and email. Best price among 4 quotes our HOA got, but we also liked our interactions with him from the start. His team identified that one of our windows had damaged flashing and they repaired it (top floor, so it was hard for us to see), which has fixed that window leaking in hard rain. Strongly recommend.

Had five bids to paint my deck, some exterior walls, and my kid's room. Rafael came out promptly and his quote was among the more competitive, which made me a little nervous. But he and his crew came, worked their butts off doing prep, power washing, sanding and patching everything, and then painted, having to color match from some old paint. Everything looks great! Time will tell how it all wears but they used quality materials and cleaned up nicely. I would def use them again, and Rafael is just a really nice guy and easy to communicate with. Thanks Rafael!

Rafael and his crew were the ultimate professional's, and their attention to detail was incredible. We had a large three story building in North Beach that was built in 1907 and it hadn't been painted for thirty years. They did a great job scraping, prepping, and cleaning the entire building beforehand. The whole crew was friendly, hard working, and eager to make sure that we were happy, every step of the way.

Working with Rafael was great. From the very start he was responsive; he showed up for our first meeting on time, very professional, quick review of the place, provided a fair estimate that was in line with other bids. As soon as I signed the contract his team started work in two days (at my request) and they finished in under 48 hours. It was a relatively easy indoor painting of 900 sq ft but turning down dark colors back white. Final inspection showed high quality work; they removed all electrical covers and painted before replacing them. No drips anywhere. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend to others looking for similar services.
