Our younger dog was very resistant to getting groomed To put it mildly. she was patient and by the end of the grooming he thought she was his best friend.

Super happy and satisfied with the service.
My little guy was very content and showed zero signs of nervousness following the grooming.
Malu was extremely easy to work with. From the moment I reached out and asked for availability, to the moment she finished with my dog, there were no hiccups.
She also did an overall great job with the cut and wash. My little guy was looking more handsome than ever.

OMG 10 STARS!!! I have taken my dog to petsmart and then another groomer, and both times it was a fiasco. They did a horrible job. Thank god for Maju, Although my poor little dog got mangled at the previous groomer and it was very difficult to work with that haircut, she did an absolutely awesome job. We'll definitely only be using her from now on. Highly recommend

I've been taking my dog here a couple times now, however I cannot tolerate the lack of communication. A week ago (7/6) I contacted them and tried to book an appointment but received no response. I waited a few days and decided to text again (7/10) and received no response but I realized my text messages were being left on seen. I decided to book with his old groomers. They finally replied to me on (7/12) however I decided not to follow through. If communication was more professional I'd keep the 5 stars.

JoanaAug 4, 2023Previous reviewThis is our first time at Rainbow Pet, and Malu did an amazing job on Natsu. She did everything I asked for and she even came 2 hours early before his actual appointment time. She even sent us videos during the grooming, and told us it would be best to cut his hair short since he was matted. She worked very efficiently and she did a full grooming under 2 hours! It's also very convenient how you can pick up your dog right outside your house. Price is also very reasonable, I will be scheduling with her again in the future!

First time using Rainbow Pet Groomer for our Maltese. Despite having a few mats which other groomers would just resort to shaving completely, Joanna took the time to brush and remove the mats without having to shave her entire head and body. Joanna is very experienced and easy to deal with and went above and beyond. Price for the service is the best out of all mobile groomers in the area. We'll be using Rainbow Pet Groomer from now on.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Rainbow Pet Groomer did an Incredible job talking us through the hair cut and ensuring Howdy felt comfortable and safe. This was Howdy's 1st hair cut since we adopted him and he came out looking cuter than we could've imagined. The cut is seamless and his coat feels so soft. We got exactly what we asked for. Very happy with grooming services for my bichon. He can be a very difficult dog to handle when it comes to baths and grooming and she did a great job. She was also very prompt and efficient with the whole thing.

I've been looking for the groomer that can do super cute styles and Malu is the one!!!
I love how rainbow pet groomer is mobile, very flexible and I don't have to worry about my dogs coming back with kennel cough. Esp with flat nose dogs it's hard on their breathing
Why I highly recommend:
- small dog and want a super cute look this is it!
- mobile vehicle is super convenient for those with a tight schedule
