requested service and researched company.. service never showed. and after research, found out that the advertised physical location they claim, is not their location, or property. this is another one of the large marketing companyies like 24 7 tow and other related marketing companies that pose as service providers. scam,,beware

My car broke down in West Sacramento and I was given the kindest assistance by Naveed. He treated me like family from the minute he got to my car. He kindly referred me to a reliable mechanic and drove me to that location. You can tell he cares about his customers and goes the extra mile (literally). He came to tow my car all the way from Elk Grove; he didn't have any drivers available at the time I needed him (4pm), so he came himself to help me. It is no wonder why this family-owned company has so many 5-star yelp reviews that I'm adding mine to! I highly recommend this reliable, reasonably-priced towing service!

My car suddenly died and found Rapid Road Service on YELP APP. Naveed responded to my call very quick , gave me a great reasonable quote and was there at our location to tow our car. Upon arrival he was very professional made sure my car was placed carefully on his flatbed truck in10mins and we were off.

These guys are the best! I had to tow a Jeep with a flat tire and whose lug nut was impossible to remove. Dave offered up several options, including a recommendation to a tire shop that could remove it for me. We scheduled the tow the next morning and Roz showed up early (texting ahead of time), towed the Jeep to the tire shop, Super Tires on MLK Drive (they were great as well), and then to my house. All done within an hour. Hit these guys up if you want fast, reliable service with a trustworthy staff.

The driver got to me in 30 minutes even with 5:30 traffic. very responsive from the dispatcher to the driver! Quick, efficient & fairly priced. would use service again if necessary

Recently found them on here because my so needed a tow for his car and being honest towing places are really expensive even for the smallest mileage. I like family owned businesses better because they're all not trying to get over on people and I specifically like this location because when you have questions on the difference between let's say a yearly coverage for towing and one time towing the benefits how they charge vs the other and etc would recommend to others!

I've paid an annual AAA membership for 20 yrs. Yesterday AAA told me they cannot tow my car to the auto repair shop because I don't have new tags. I informed them I can't have it smogged to get new tags until it is repaired so I can drive it! The representative was not helpful, didn't offer an explanation nor answer my questions regarding the reason. The owner of the auto repair shop recommended Rapid Road Service. From the first point of contact Naveed (owner of Rapid Road Service) was extremely helpful and accommodating. He wasn't able to make it himself as planned and contacted me immediately to ask if it was okay with me he could have his nephew Johnnie pick up my car in 20 min. BOOM - done. Johnnie handled loading my car with great care (as if it was his own). I could tell he was an experienced expert and this was extremely important to me with my sportscar. I didn't have to advise him which direction to load and take caution of low end in unloading - he had it! Beautiful! Can't give them enough acclimations here - they are the very best I have ever used!!!!!!

This is the second time this company has saved my bacon when my Corolla decided to die. Fast to get to you and amazing customer service. I was actually having a bad day until Naveed showed up and his infectious enthusiasm and good attitude cheered me up even in the midst of a crappy day and a car with a dead battery.
