Affordable water softener exchange system. MUCH BETTER than Culligan exchange service we had before.

Culligan did not have the tank anchored to our home wall outside. It could have fallen over during an earthquake, that would have pulled the pipes that were not attached to our wall outside causing a major water burst. Culligan did not use correct piping outside, it was too thin so it would have bent or pinched if I accidentally dropped something on it. These pipes could have burst from the repeated 32 degree weather we were having also because the pipes were too thin. The pipes went right in front of our door way where it was also a tripping hazard.

The pipes were not installed correctly so they vibrated because they were not mounted, this caused our main pipe to start leaking. I had to pay $200 to fix this out of pocket or else it would have burst, it was leaking more everyday. I did not bring this charge up to Culligan because my many other concerns brought there way were not addressed and were not responsive.

They installed the tank inside our gate so I had to make sure the gate was unlocked the day they would come to exchange the tank. The problem though was that they wouldn't consistently come out to exchange our tank so our water was not always soft and I never knew when to unlock my gate.

What I am trying to say is Rayne Water Conditioning has been excellent! My experience has been the exact opposite from Culligan. Avoid Culligan, please! It is not worth your time to do business with them period.

Recently switched our R.O. System from Culligan to Rayne Water and we are so very happy we did!
The technician was right on time for the appointment. He thoroughly explained everything about the system and the work he did.

The water actually tastes even better than our previous system. It almost has a slight "sweet" taste to it.

There used to be a water store years ago (remember when we all had to take empty bottles of water to stores to be filled up?) called Sweet Water and the water from our new Rayne system reminds me of that. Love it!
