      I cannot say enough praise about Nick! There are literally no negatives! Trust this man with your business.

      For those who just want the highlights, here's why Nick is amazing at his job!

      - Excellent communication and follow-through!
      - Proactive, punctual, prompt
      - Transparent and honest
      - Professional and knowledgeable about his craft
      - Thorough and conscientious
      - Respectful of our home and time
      - Fair and reasonable rates
      - Goes above and beyond
      - Just a truly nice human being

      For those who want details, or are maybe questioning, like I did, whether his crazy good Yelp rating is true--it is. If everyone has the great experience I did, you'd easily see why!

      I requested a quote from a different company to have my ovens fixed (error in the digital controls) and Yelp so kindly offers the handy option to contact related businesses for additional quotes. THANK GOODNESS for that or I might have missed out. Nick was the first to respond, and incidentally had the best rates. I'm usually not a go-with-the-lowest-bid type, but based on Nick's stellar ratings, I thought I'd give him a shot. I am NOT sorry! To expand on the points above:

      - Excellent communication and follow-through!
      Nick communicated proactively and clearly about the appointment and what to expect. Now that he has completed the work, he promised to contact me in a month to verify that the ovens are working as expected, if he doesn't otherwise hear from me. I appreciate that he has integrity, accountability, and pride in his work--clients are not just a "well now I can dust off my hands of that one".

      - Proactive, punctual, prompt:
      Nick arrived on time both times he was here--and not at the tail end of the window, either. Both times, he also texted to let me know when he was on his way over. I liked that because I don't like to wonder and just sit around waiting. He had to come out the first time to troubleshoot, then order a part and return. He ordered the part when he said he would, and kept me updated a few times on the part and our follow up appointment--I never had to chase him down or wonder what the status was.

      - Transparent and honest, professional and knowledgeable about his craft, thorough and conscientious:
      Nick took time to troubleshoot the issue, showed me the findings with the oven electronics/control board, explained his justification, and explained what to expect if I chose him to proceed with repairs. Since I decided to proceed, he assured me that if the part he would replace did not solve the problem, he would return to figure it out AND would refund the cost of the service. Basically, no risk to me. I'd be a fool to say no. While he was here doing the repairs, he was careful to protect our kitchen floors and surfaces, kept a tidy and organized work area, ensured my safety and his own in terms of managing the electrical breaker, exposed electrical parts in the oven, and after running the repaired oven to be sure it was functional. He even cleaned up the crumbs and things that were in our ovens, which I had NOT expected him to do but like I said, he's just a really nice human being! Nick would not accept payment until the job was completely done, and when I accidentally overpaid him, he immediately contacted me and issued a refund of the overpayment.

      - Respectful of our home and time:
      He was extremely respectful of our house and just generally in his nature. Removed his shoes, did not assume he should just head to the kitchen the moment he walked in, just really respectful.

      - Fair and reasonable rates:
      He waived his visit fee, didn't upcharge us on the part that needed replacing, and didn't fluff the labor fee. (Other companies I'd heard quotes from didn't even roll the visit fee into the cost of repairs, let alone waive it)

      - Just a truly nice human being! Zero bad vibes, zero shadiness, just a good person. So proud of his family, a hard worker, and thoughtful. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

      I was really impressed with Niko's service when my air conditioner suddenly stopped working at 8:30 pm, during an Excessive Heat Warning in Sacramento. After reaching out to a few businesses on Yelp, Niko responded promptly, gracious to come after regular business hours and was upfront about the pricing. He arrived within 40 minutes of our initial contact and was incredibly professional and respectful throughout. Niko took the time to clearly explain the issue and provided an estimate before proceeding with the repair, which he completed quickly and efficiently. The final price was the same as his initial estimate so no surprise fees. I'm very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend him to others in need of HVAC services.

      Very impressed with these guys. I called and I was scheduled an appointment with Serg for the following day. Nico the owner called me back right away and told me "instead of tomorrow they could come now".
      Serg was here within the hour of me calling and told me I needed my control panel replaced on my washer machine. He then said he could "try" and fix by removing and cleaning and putting back together . It worked for one wash and broke again. I called immediately and let them know . Nico's honest opinion was "it's not worth it to fix "and he would refund all of our money excluding the diagnosis fee.
      I will definitely be using these guys again and will definitely be passing their information around.
      GOOD HONEST WORKERS DO EXIST!!!!!

      Amazing guys and amazing service! On Saturday evening, my air conditioner broke down. I contacted these guys on Sunday at 9 AM, and they responded within 30 seconds, offering several options to come out and try to fix my AC the same day. Amazing, right? I didn't expect to find anyone on a Sunday who could come and try to revive my air conditioner.

      My technician was Vlad. Vlad even managed to arrive earlier than the scheduled time. My air conditioner is almost 20 years old, and Vlad could have easily sold me a full replacement. But these guys are honest and fair. Vlad diagnosed the problem, replaced a small part, and fixed a few other minor issues, and lo and behold, the AC started working again. He performed all the necessary tests and said that despite its age, my air conditioner is in great condition and will last a while longer. They charged me a very reasonable fee.

      Thank you so much, guys--I highly recommend you to everyone!

      Vlad did a great job fixing our washer (error codes leading to sensor replacement) and stove (hot big burner wasn't hot - new valve). Saved a lot of money! He even showed my wife how to remove the oven door to clean it.

      They came quickly and did the diagnostic. We were waiting for information from the store we purchased the refrigerator from and miraculously overnight our refrigerator revived before any repairs. Real Tech must be magic : )

      Fridge not working. Serge quickly found a gfi tripped and all needed was to reset gfi.
      Here earlier than antiquated and finished in about 15 minutes. The best was a Saturday appointment and great service.
