We needed a last minute ride to the airport. I called here first based on all the positive Yelp reviews.

I was not disappointed. I called and they arranged everything quickly and efficiently.

Our car was a spotless Cadillac Escalade and the driver was very professional. They arrived 10 minutes early and we were quickly on our way.

I would definitely use them again the next time I am in San Francisco.

We just returned from a trip to Napa, California. Needed transportation from Oakland Airport to resort in Napa and return to Airport. Our driver, Saul, was waiting inside the airport for us -- a pleasant surprise. Saul was professional and friendly. He picked us up again on the day we were returning to the airport and was right on time. I would definitely recommend Redtie -- and Saul.

Update: Still using Red Tie. Every trip. Personal & Business. Worth every $$

This review is long over due. Me and my husband have been using Red Tie for over 5 years thanks to Yelp!

We travel frequently, both business & personal. I don't like to leave my rides to chance with Uber (surge pricing, driver availability) always schedule our SFO rides with Red Tie. They are extremely professional, from their suits, clean cars & punctual pickups.

They also do point to point rides. We used them to get to Candlestick for Paul McCarty's farewell to the stick concert.

If you need a ride, give Red Tie a call!

Absolutely THE best car service I have used! We flew in to SFO to attend a concert in downtown SF and only had one night so wanted to get to our hotel quickly. RedTie answered my emails within minutes which was a great first impression.

The online booking was quick and easy and the rates very reasonable. I called them after we landed as instructed and told them where I was. Within 5 minutes our driver arrived in a new model black Suburban which was spotless inside. There was also 2 bottles of Fiji water at the seats. Our driver was friendly, professional and well dressed. He got us safely to our hotel in about 25 minutes.

We had scheduled our return from the hotel to SFO at 8:30 AM. We walked out from the hotel lobby at 8:25 and there was our black Mercedes sedan waiting for us. Again the car was spotless with two bottles of water and our driver just as professional and well dressed as our pick up. We were quickly and safely transferred to SFO. Everything from booking to being returned to SFO on time was flawless. This is how a car company should be run!

Have used RedTie on several occasions. They have always been on time, very cordial and very efficient. Great and safe drivers each time with professional service. The car was very clean with hand sanitizer and bottled water available. We use them for rides to and from the airport. Highly recommend RedTie Transportation as the only service to use.

I've used RedTie for four runs to and from SFO airport so far (in December 2021 and May 2022). I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them every time in the future! It costs only a little more than a cab+tip and it is well worth it to know that they will reliably arrive on time (even early), that they drive safely and that the vehicle is very clean. It was also well worth it to be able to phone RedTie and talk to a real person right away -- it cannot remember this person's name but she was courteous, on the ball, and a good communicator, which helped me relax, knowing I was in good hands. I tend to get really anxious preparing to catch flights, especially when traveling by myself and after not having traveled for two years after covid, and knowing RedTie was there by phone, and to greet and drive me on both ends made it so much easier. Each driver even helped me completely with my heavy suitcases. Thank you RedTie!

Based on other reviews I booked a town car to get us to the airport early last week. Booking online was easy.

Driver showed up 5-10 minutes early and since we were ready to go we got loaded up and were off to the airport. Driver was friendly and professional.

We had not made arrangements for pick up so while on our layover in Seattle I called and asked if we could be picked up that evening, about 4 hours beforehand. I was able to give my previous reservation number and our pickup was arranged with minimal fuss. All of our information was there, so I didn't have to set up anything further.

Airport pick up was super easy. We called as soon as we were ready and I think we waited about 5 minutes. The drivers track flights so they can anticipate better when you will be ready. We had the same driver for pick up as we had for our drop off. Very friendly and professional.

I will call again the next time we need airport transportation. Super easy to arrange and very efficient.
