Redwood Sewer & Drain

This review is for the personalized and friendly customer service when I called for service. When my home owner's insurance would only send a plumber that swould take 5 days to come out, I searched Yelp for one on my own and came across Redwood. Although I didn't end up needing a plumber, the way that my calls were handled was excellent. On a Saturday, my call was picked up immediately by Greg, the owner, both times I called. The rate was reasonable and based on my needs it was clear he was interested in gaining my business, trust and helping.
The issue was a clogged garbage disposal. His friendly demeanor and willingness to come out on the weekend without over charging was a relief. He scheduled a time that was convenient for me. When I spoke to another local plumber who wanted to charge almost twice as much for a weekend call, I mentioned Redwood and the competitor even acknowledged that Refwood is a great company!
In the end I was able to unclog the disposal without the need of Greg's service. I informed him the morning of, he responded immediately and once again in a very friendly cheerful manner.
Many thanks for a great experience. Redwood will be the first plumber I call in the future.

Now Redwood Sewer and Drain never came to my house for a clogged drain. Instead my wife was advised during the initial phone call to try adding more water and plunging again. This time plunge harder!!! If it doesnt work I'll come out but this might do the trick and save you the cost of a trip. Wow!

Fast, effective, friendly - fantastic!
Needed help when a toilet clogged badly. Greg came out within 90 mins and had the offending cloth (some idiot had attempted to flush down the toilet) extracted in a few minutes. Great job!

I called Greg when our washer backed up into a nearby toilet. When I explained the problem he came over immediately. I managed to plunge it before he showed up. Whatever the clog was it, it appeared to have been flushed through.

HOWEVER - Greg still spent time here. He tested several times (no clog) and checked the clean out. As much as was possible, he made sure we were in good shape.

When I offered to pay for his time, he declined.

Luckily we rarely call a plumber, but there is no one else I will ever call!

Had a clogged mainline! Greg responded right away and made quick work of clearing the line! I would highly recommend!

Greg is awesome! We reached out to him about a clogged bathtub drain we needed cleared. He responded promptly and was able to get us scheduled within a day for a very reasonable fee. I love a business that has only 5 star reviews. You know they've earned that with great service. Greg was great. Patient when explaining the process, able to address the problem right away, left the house clean, sent a paid invoice immediately. Followed up to make sure I was happy. I definitely recommend this company.

Because of their loyal fan base, twice, I've called Greg @ Redwood S&D for help with emergency plumbing services. Both times they were strapped (pun intended) and couldn't come out same day, but that didn't stop Greg from taking time to provide me with what was essentially free consultative support for my issues.

Today he offered me his expertise and industry knowledge, which helped inform choices I made about kitchen sewer line flooding in my crawl space. Despite knowing he wouldn't get my business because of timing, he still carved time out of his packed day to help my family and me, which speaks volumes about his character and commitment to helping people, even non-customers.

I have been struggling with a drain in the kitchen with an island sink. I have tried everything myself as well as a few other sewer companies. It would last about 90 days and it was back.
Greg came out, took the time to investigate the problem not just hit the main and leave. He listened to all the things i tried, patient with my logic and finally found the problem. He cleared the drain, it's so nice to see the drain flowing - there is a vortex as the water drains. Thank you so much! Over 150 reviews and 5 stars !!!

Called on a Saturday when I found my toilet was wobbling in the floor and it turned out the flange had corroded. They came out first thing the next morning (Sunday morning) and got it all put back together quickly and cleanly. Much appreciated!
