I can highly recommend Redwood Vacuum & Janitorial Supply. Owner Don Woods is very honest and very knowledgeable! He has solved problems that I have had with my older model in-house vacuum cleaner....fabricating a part himself that is no longer available. My vacuum is still working after his help and lucky for me I don't have to buy a new one!!!

Thrilled to find Tom and another reliable source of professionalism, expertise, and friendliness! Since Danny's closed I was worried about finding a great resource and Tom is wonderful. My 25-year old vacuum engine was possibly about to croak but Tom got to the source of the issue and thankfully it was only a blown bearing, whoo hoo! Very relieved and very impressed with Redwood. Will be sending my mother here, too, and anyone else I know looking for a great place for help and supplies.

I had taken our Oreck to the place from where we originally purchased it on Santa Rosa Avenue for repairs. However, without even examining it, I was told it would cost half of its original cost to repair it. This was proceeded by a sales and warranty pitch on new German Miele and Ritter vacuums. The interaction was rude and uncomfortable. Being a retired senior on a fixed income, we are not in that tax bracket, and I had come for a repair quote rather than a purchase.

Needing a second opinion I took the Oreck to Jeff at Redwood Janitorial Supply on Piner Road. After he actually examined the vacuum, it turned out all it needed was a new belt and the accumulation of Collie fur, cat fur, and human hair removed from it.

Jeff listens to his customers. If a vacuum needs to be repaired and can be repaired, he repairs it. There is no pressure to unnecessarily buy a new one. He treats his customers with respect. Customer service is excellent. We will come to Redwood Janitorial Supply for all of our vacuum needs.

I went to Redwood Vacuum to have them repair a part on my central vacuum carpet attachment. They spent 20 minutes fixing it and didn't charge me a cent! I have been using Don for many years to install central vacuums in our construction business and highly recommend them. They are very responsive, thorough, and dependable.

Two days before friends come to stay for Christmas is not the time to have a vacuum cleaner emergency, even a minor one. I called Redwood Vacuum and Janitorial Supply a few minutes before 9:00, thinking I'd get voicemail, but a human answered! He asked a few questions and told me to come in. It took him about four minutes to find the two parts I needed. The whole time he was friendly and courteous. He gave me some good tips for preventing the problem from recurring.

Just took our vacuum in as the belt has broken twice recently. They checked it out, put the new belt on and said it was ready to go. Great customer service and reasonable prices.

We love this shop the proprietor and the products and services they offer. We found the location, the hours of operation to be highly convenient. The owner is friendly professional helpful and is focused on value. We were encouraged not to over buy cleaning products or use ones that might do more harm then good. We were able to service our Vacum vs add it to the waste stream (that is a lot of plastic) we were able to put it back in service relatively quickly. We are repeat customers and highly recommend them to friends and family and to anyone needing cleaning products, or vacc service and repair

Highly recommended & worth the trip to northern Santa Rosa (Piner Rd.) Very helpful and knowledgeable with very reasonable pricing on labor, parts, & supplies of all sorts -- also a Bissell factory authorized repair place. I live in Petaluma, but found the service, friendliness, knowledge, and pricing worth the drive (2 roundtrips). Great people!
