Just used this new service with the friendly driver Harlod from old town to LAX. The van is comfortable and clean. Will use again and recomend ri family and friends.

On time, very professional, so comfortable, and clean. Made going to LAX painless which is quite the statement. They drop you off right at your terminal. And they had snacks, water, and chargers. Highly recommend!!!!!!

So happy we finally have a good option to fly out of LAX! International flights are usually cheaper out of LAX but getting in between there and San Diego has always been a pain. As I'm sure most of you know, options have historically been limited to Uber (expensive), train + shuttle (inconvenient), driving your car and parking it up there (expensive) or renting a car for the drive (expensive and inconvenient). ReLAXsan offers a comfortable, affordable, convenient and easy way to get to LA. I loved that there were phone chargers, free water, and free snacks. Also much cleaner than other public transportation options. I highly recommend this service for your LAX shuttle needs!

I used this service when going from LAX to SD after an international flight. The video on their website shows you exactly where the shuttle will arrive, and it arrived within 2 minutes of the scheduled arrival. I took this shuttle on a weekday, and it arrived at 11:47am and we were in SD by 1:40pm, so the entire trip was less than 2 hours! The van was clean, and after being on a long haul flight, water and snack were a great touch.

I had a double charge after my session expired when booking online, and when I emailed them, they got back to me within 3 minutes! Amazing customer service and amazing experience overall.

Highly recommend for the convenience, and it felt like a luxury experience with an affordable price.

ReLAXsan was on time and was patient with me, despite after I had made a mistake telling them which Terminal in LAX I was in. The driver on 5/22/24 is skilled, alert, attentive, and professional. There were snacks & water during the smooth ride back to San Diego. The van was clean inside and out and seemed to be very well maintained. My drop-off was Sorrento Valley, closest to our home. I highly recommend this San Diego shuttle service to and from LAX.
