Reliable Parts lives up to its name.

Our aging washing machine experienced its first big problem. The switch to change cycles broke off leaving a little plastic nub. We had a repairman come out and take a look. $60 later, he determined that he needed another $150 to repair it. I opted for getting the part number from him instead so I could save cash and live up to my boasts about being handy around the house.

Reliable Parts came up on Yelp as one of the few suppliers of washing machine parts. They are located in a nondescript business park/warehouse district. The store is basically just the front of a warehouse. They had the obscure old part I was looking for and brought it out immediately. $80 later and after sweating over installing the part for about an hour, our old beast was as good as new.

The only downside was the rather dismissive customer service I received from the gentleman I originally encountered when walking in. He was sitting at a desk and didn't acknowledge me (even though I was the only one there) for a full minute. When he did, he didn't even look up and just said "What do you need?" Rude. The lady who came out after that was much nicer and more helpful.

The worst management you can think of and most of the workers don't do anything and have their favoritism with the the company. This place isn't a workplace it's all set up

I have used reliable parts for the past 3 years as my business part supplier whole seller and extremely happy with their business. I highy recommend them to public or businesses.

They literally have millions of parts for appliances and HVAC. I went there to buy an agitator for a Maytag washing machine. I probably could've got it for $50 cheaper online but I needed it right away. 150.00 The lady that works here is very helpful and looks up the parts immediately then she goes out to the house and pulls the parts for you. It's kind of far out in West sac but I guess it's worth the drive.

I was able to get part I needed right away and service was very polite and helpful. I will go back next time I need something and would recommend to friends

Great service. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Although they had the part in stock, they were kind enough to notify me the part was discontinued. So, if I need it again...I will have to go to the manufacturer.

The people here are amazingly nice and helpful. I needed an oven rack in a hurry, and multiple staff members in several states helped me figure out the model of my ancient oven in about 24 hours. They took it as a personal challenge and got back to me super fast after looking at photos I took. They got me the right part and when I picked it up, they even opened the door for me when I arrived a few minutes after closing instead of making me return the next day. I couldn't be happier. I wish I had more excuses to do business with them! Thank you everyone! My sons' birthday party cupcakes will get baked after all. :)
