I got into a collision at the 92 freeway right by industrial Blvd. I came to this particular body shop because of the reviews so I decided to give it a shot and they didn't disappoint me. Masood is a lifesaver. He made the process of repairing my car easy and simple. He called the insurance company for me and handle everything without me having to be caught in the middle. The car repair was stress free and done on time. Thanks masood! Reliance is the best body shop in Hayward!

I am beyond pleased with the service I received with Reliance Auto Collision.
I am insured with Geico and they told me this was not a preferred shop, but that I was entitled to use whichever Shop I trusted for the job.
Of course, this was my green light, as I had already decided to trust Reliance Auto Collision for the job.

Amazing customer service here and an extra bonus that it's both family-owned and operated by people of color. A little easy to miss off busy Industrial but once you pull in, you're in great hands.

I didn't end up needing a repair after all but after assessing the damage done to my car by a blown tire, Elias kindly removed the damaged plastic coverings and referred me to a tire change shop just a few blocks away. He was patient and resourceful throughout what could have been a really stressful experience and I know that any repairs done here would be done with great care and consideration.

Will recommend this business wholeheartedly for anyone looking for a positive auto body shop experience.

I recently had my car repaired at Reliance Auto Collision, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received there. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Special thinks to Elias Yusuf who has been very professional, knowledgeable and responsible. From the time I dropped my car there, Elias took over the whole process from contacting the insurance company regarding the claim to get a rental car arranged. He was so patient to explain the repair process and answered all my questions. The transparency and communication were top-notch. Elias was also very responsive with all the questions during the repair process, and updated me with any new progresses. I highly recommend the shop for anyone in need of collision repair.

Very responsive customer service. I believe the quality is probably also good. Fortunately we didn't end up needing to get our door ding repaired. The pre-inspection for my lease vehicle determined that the dings were small enough to be covered within repair allowance. Original quote was higher than other places but I believe this would be a classic example of you get what you paid for.

Masood responded to my call at 10AM on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. I hit something on 880 which caused part of my undercarriage to dislodge and drag on the road. He met me at the shop right away and easily fixed it in a matter of minutes. Quick and trustworthy service and got me back on the road again. I recommend this business for all your automotive needs.

I have a Tesla 3. I needed to get my car repaired, and "the Reliance auto collision and rental "I read very good reviews on Yelp. Even though I called early in the morning outside of business hours, he answered the phone kindly.
It's not a Tesla certified repair shop, but I had a good feeling about it when I spoke on the phone, so I decided to take my car there. The car was so damaged that it was completed in two months. When I went to pick it up, I was surprised because it looked like a new car. I would like to thank the two young owners who took great care and repaired the car to the point where I was 100% satisfied. If you have a problem with your vehicle, we recommend contacting the store.

I just picked up Tesla Model Y from Reliance. Can't say enough great things about the service from these guys. Talking to Eli after my accident I was pretty shaken up. He assured me my car was NOT totaled and could be repaired. From there, he gave me a realistic estimate and repair time. Eli followed up unprompted throughout the process. The estimate turned out to be spot-on.
It's no wonder this shop is humming. These guys get it done! They even detailed the car before I got it back. While I certainly hope I'm never in a situation like this again I would not hesitate to bring any car to Reliance. I enthusiastically recommend Reliance.

I got into an accident, and what made it worse was that this was a hit and run. I had no details of the other driver or car, and to be honest I didn't even take the best before pictures because I was just so shocked. I filed a report with my insurance and they gave me a list of collision centers that were booked over the next two to four weeks. I was heart broken, and decided to look at Yelp for any other shops that could work with me sooner. Reliance Auto Collision and Rental was the first shop I called and they told me that they could take a look at my car the same day. I'm grateful that they popped up first for me because I felt so defeated, and I don't know how much energy I would have had to keep calling shops. This shop was truly a God send.

They talked me through the process and reassured me the steps that they were taking to coordinate with my insurance. I really didn't think they could make this process so easy. They even found damage that I didn't initially see on my car when I first looked at it after the accident. When they worked on my car, there was unfortunately more damage internally that was found when they removed my front bumper, but they were so communicative with my insurance and me that it was a really smooth process to get the damages evaluated by my insurance and taken care of.

This shop is run by two brothers, and I really did feel like I was getting treated like I was family. I was getting consistent updates about the process and anytime I had questions, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt satisfied with the service I was receiving. When I saw my car, I wanted to cry - it looked better than before the accident! I was so impressed with the quality and detail, and hands down this shop has the best customer service. I hope I don't ever have to deal with an accident, but it's a no brainer if I do, I'm coming back to this shop.
