HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Purchased a house last year with an island grill already existent. My family and I abused it all summer, however, last month it stopped working. I searched on Google and found Sparkle Grill! Within days, Jimmy and his crew were out at my house at 10 and were able to clean and repair my grill at a fair price!

I tried to get an appt last year but do to covid never could get one

Power tools and cleaners the started on our 25 year old wolf bbq grill
So many years of baked on Stuff water spots and old food it was a bigg job
The tech used a wite wheel to ckean all the cast iron grates it took all of 5 hours and my only regret is i did not gove them a larger tip
If possible i would like to send them more the grill looks very good
I will have them replace ignitirs and one burner knob

Sparkle came out today, and hooked up my old
crusty Bull Grill! Replaced a couple of parts, and
made everything look and work like new again!
Promptly showed up when they said they would, & immediately got to work after explaining what they were going to do (as well as what it would cost).

Thanks for the great job you guys did to help get our fire pit fixed. It's been a long journey because of the manufacturer who was not standing by their product. But you hung in and picked up the slack for them. You even paid for the parts. That was unexpected but you did it anyway. Sparkle Grill went above and beyond for us.

Great service!! The guys showed up on time and proceeded to turn my 10 year old Traeger grill into a new grill. I had the grill serviced in preparation for the sale of my home and I definitely plan to use their services in the new house. Very professional and fair pricing. No more ugly grills for me. First, this company and their technicians do excellent work and I strongly recommend them and will use them again.

I didn't give them 5 stars because of their business practices. I ask if they took MasterCard and the technician said yes but there would be a 3% convenience fee. Ah come on . . . there should be no convenience fee - that is the cost of doing business in the U.S. (Yes, government agencies charge convenience fees but they do so because of law)

I then ask the price for their work and they gave me the price and I wrote check #1. During the cleaning the technician told me I needed a new igniter but that he did not have it with him and he would have to come back later to install the igniter. I gave him check #1 and he told me I would have to pay for the igniter now. I asked him why I had to pay for something that he was unable to provide to me and he told me it was his company's "policy." I ask the price of the igniter and wrote check #2 (for the cleaning and the igniter). I told the technician that I did not have to be home for the igniter installation and he asked me who was going to pay for the installation! I assumed the price of the igniter included installation - but apparently it did not - I now wrote check #3.

Suggestions for Sparkle Grill:

1. Drop the convenience "fee." A convenience fee is "old style" business and a turn off for the customer. You will get more customers by accepting credit cards without a convenience fee.

2. Don't charge the customer for parts you don't have and can't install at that moment. Plumbers, electricians and other trades don't charge until they have the part and have installed the part. Include the installation fee with the total price of the part.

In reading other reviews Sparkle business practices are not always clear to the customers.

The two-person team spent close to 4 hours cleaning our built-in 20-year old grill that has never been professionally cleaned. They were very thorough and cleaned up the entire area around the grill after they were done. The grill looks like new. I got clear explanations on needed repairs. Scheduling was easy, too.

They did a great job cleaning my grill. They spent about 4hrs doing a detailed "refresh" of the grill. Unfortunately, my radiant tray needs to be replaced, so I'm waiting for the replacements to come in before I can use the grill. Otherwise, I was happy with the service.
