My old counter depth fridge stopped cooling. Fridges can be tricky and they gave me clear options. Option 1 fast but might not hold and option 2 full leak check and repair. I chose the cheaper fast version. Fridge held for 2 weeks then failed. So we then moved to option 2 full repair. But at the first visit they told me they would credit 100% of option 1 to the full repair. This kind of repair pricing is rare these days.

So they came back and did a full leak check (there were multiple leaks).

I highly recommend them.

We had a dysfunctional oven and requested service through several yelp businesses. Repix was quick and got back to me the same day, flexible around our schedule(came around 6pm) and was able to efficiently diagnose the problem. He even looked up parts for our oven and gave us good and sound advice on the next steps. Appreciate the help and will definitely be calling him back for any appliance issues!

Alexey is very reliable and fair. He fixed my washing machine and my dishwasher , for the dishwasher since the fix was easy he dint charge for the service call (talk about being fair). Highly recommend Repix for appliances maintenance.

I asked if he was free on Wednesday thru yelp and Alexey replied pretty fast. He got back to me under a hour. And told me prices which were good. He coordinated a time that worked which was 8:00 Am and he did a diagnostic on a dishwasher. He made sure everything was turning off and on. And noted nothing needed fixing. We wanted to check the buttons per our tenants asking. He said he would send a report and it came before I even got home. He was very helpful. The whole interaction was quite great. Alexey responded promptly. We had an issue with our oven not being able to bake. Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue, confirmed that we would like to continue with the, recommended repair, and completed the repair within the hour. Alex and his assistant kindly came out on the same day I inquired about diagnosing why our double oven wouldn't turn on anymore. We thought we flipped all the circuit breakers, but apparently not. We weren't charged for this small issue or a diagnostic fee. Appreciate the quality service and tips on how to maintain our oven, so it doesn't trip the breaker anymore. Thanks for the help!

I don't post too often, but I was really impressed with Alexey. He was upfront about the cost, on time, very patiently listened to me share the problem (We had a 2 year old, and sadly 3 days out of warranty washing machine -- Shame on you Costco, but that's another story).

Washer was leaking, but only intermittently - Per the internet, this could be anything off the inlet, the drum, the drain pump or the pipes and I was worried I was looking at an endless trial and error cycle.

Alexey took his time to investigate, and found the issue. He could have easily overcharged and replaced unnecessary parts, but he found that all that was, was a rag had got stuck in the bleach dispenser inlet.
