This is the BEST auto glass service out there! They are fast, friendly and efficient! Making an appointment was easy and the actually repair was done in minutes. The best deal in town!

1: lightning quick response time from Jason.
My car rear triangle window was smashed by vandals in downtown Oakland when we went to a concert at the Fox Theatre.
I was so upset when I called him on Sunday! On SUNDAY! And he got right back to me.
2: Technician was on time within the scheduled time.
3: Work was professionally done and cleaned up.

20 minutes and the technician was all done. Talk about superb service!

Late review but Jason is really the definition of a great business owner. I had an object smashed into my windshield while driving on the freeway. So I contacted numerous businesses to get it fixed. Jason had the best deal and he had it done the next day! Very quick on getting me an estimate also! One of his guys was on time and had the new windshield done within an hour! Amazing! I will vouch for Jason and crew anytime. Support small businesses!

This is a long overdue review, but better late than never!! Last year, I needed to have my windshield replaced after it was damaged by debris. I decided to go with Replacement Auto Glass, and they did an excellent job! They came to my home, arrived on time for the appointment, and were kind, neat, and thorough. They even readjusted my wipers, which had been misaligned for years after a previous auto glass company did a poor job at a glass/wiper install. Fast forward to present day, and my windshield sadly has new damage. Of course; I called Replacement Auto Glass, and they were able to schedule a next day appointment. It ended up raining today (the day I was scheduled to have my windshield replaced), but I was rescheduled for next week when we can expect drier weather. Very happy to have found a good and reliable auto glass replacement company.

Very responsive, quick and had access to my back-window before anyone else could locate. Very nice folks working here too. They couldn't get all the glass out, so helps when major window is broken it goes all over the car and into the carpets. We had it detailed to ensure all glass removed. Highly reco these folks.

Have had to use them twice but they are great. Efficient. Fair. Communicative. With all the car break ins I am sure I will have to use them again. And again. And again.

Fantastic! I came outside to a smashed window and my insurance referred me to them! First off Jason is just freaking pleasant. I actually felt like he gave a damn. They got the email after 6:00 pm from my insurance company ( which by the way sucks and I'm looking for new insurance but good job on the referral State Farm you got work to do) and he called me early the next morning. His tech came out and look at me at 12:30 the next day with a whole new windshield. His tech Carlos was just amazing! They need to keep that man on staff. He was just so nice! He was so professional and efficient, and answered my question s that he really didn't have to. Carlos is just awesome! I highly recommend this business.

Large, foot-long crack appeared in my father-in-law's windshield, and asked for my help in getting it fixed. Now I'm here penning a 5 star review, and my father-in-law is pleasantly surprised at how easy and high quality the whole experience was.

Next time it happens, I know just who to call.

Absolutely excellent service! I needed to have a front windshield replaced after having a small pebble hit it and left a chip on the drivers side. Over time the chip evolved into a foot and half long crack.

Josh gave me a date and a 8 - 11am window for the job. Carlos my installer was here at 7:52am and completed the job around 8:44. He was on time, professional, answered all my questions and could not be more satisfied with the quality of work.

I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their auto glass replaced and their reviews convinced me to select them for job.

Posted my pics, on Yelp, of my front driver window being broken into last night and Jason responded within minutes. 3 others responded but Jason had the better and most reviews.
I called him to make an appt, he gave me a time frame of when he or a rep could come by (today) because there was just too much glass for me to get to somewhere, and within a few hours, Jason had my car window fixed and ALL the glass was cleaned up.
I HIGHLY recommend Jason and Replacement Auto Glass!! GREAT experience, super friendly and with same day service.

So glad I found this business on Yelp! I needed a new front passenger side window because a couple of young idiots decided to break into my car and leave a huge mess. Anyway, I contacted this business and received a response within a few hours. Jason, the owner quoted me $175.00. It was the cheapest quote out of the 10 quotes I received from other places. Everyone else quoted me between $189-$350 (DO NOT go to Safelite!!! Way too expensive!) On top of that, I was able to purchase a $75 voucher for $50 on yelp which dropped it to $150 total. Not bad!

I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Jason gave me an eta from 10:00 am-12:00 pm. Andrew, the tech arrived at my car's location around 10:15 am and replaced my window on the spot. He even cleaned out the glass from hard to reach places. He was done in less than an hour! Now I feel complete again haha.
