New Years Day our furnace failed. The next day Udiel Reyes came and quickly and effortlessly solved the problem. We ultimately decided to replace our old heating system with a heat pump.

This is a team that is highly knowledgeable and proficient as well as punctual and conscientious. Vilma in the office responds in a timely and thoroughly polite manner.

Great HVAC service. Had a condensation leak that was flooding my garage. Reyes Heating came out quickly and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. They had me up and running in no time. They cleaned up when the work was done. They also checked to make sure all access areas were the HVAC plumbing entered my house were buttoned up tight so no rodents could gain access. Definitely would recommend.

Udiel and his team at Reyes Heating and Air are great to work with. Communication was excellent from start to finish and their work was fast and top notch. We could not be happier. They exceeded all our expectations and proved my GC wrong. Reyes delivered exactly what they promised when they promised.

We had Reyes Heating and Air take out our 30-yr. old furnace and install a Mitsubishi heat pump and air handler. All went well, from Udiel Reyes coming over, preparing and emailing me a competitive estimate on the spot, to the office manager Vilma gracefully managing scheduling and payments, to Brian, Saul, and Jose doing the work very professionally in 2.5 days, and to Udiel's son waiting most of one day for the City's final inspection. Pleasant experience. The system works well so far and we are looking forward to using it in the years ahead.

Ok, fixed one roof fan, could not access the other. They also checked out the upstairs split system and improved air flow. They also put a completely unsupported note on the invoice that the AC was too small for the house. This was not discussed and is not true. It is working fine now.

Absolutely incredible service. I realized my furnace wasn't working the day before Thanksgiving. Friday morning I looked up companies and found Reyes Heating. I called at 7:45am. He texted me back immediately and was at my house by 9am. My furnace is over 20 years old. The main board had died. He said I could replace the board for $1800 replace the unit for $6500 or max efficiency $8500. Since it was so old I decided to go with $6500. For my 2000+sf house. Udiel ordered the unit and his guys were back the next morning installing it. They were done in a few hours and the area looked better than it did when they arrived.

Professional, honest, reasonable prices, hard working, kind, goes above and beyond. And half the price of those larger local companies.

Udiel installed our heating system brand new, 4 years ago, and did a great job at a great price. We noticed towards the end of this winter that the air coming out was cool, so waited until this summer to call them to investigate the problem. Scheduling was easy and Udiel diagnosed the problem and repaired it in less than an hour and now it's working great again!
We will continue to recommend Reyes Heating and call for any service or further needs we may have, which includes saving up for our A/C install.

About a year later, our AC started to fail again. Fortunately, it happened the day we had 20 people over and a Novato heat wave was cooking at 95 degrees.

Udiel came out and fixed another broken compressor, but realized that the unit itself was failing. He tried a number of solves but none worked, and he walked me through why. Ultimately we needed to get a new AC unit with multiple zones--AND a new furnace.

This was very much NOT a fun or cheap thing. However Udiel was very honest, clear and patient as we figured out what new equipment we needed. He talked through what would be a better fit for our house than the original not-correct units installed. He fit us in his schedule a few days later and now our house is cool and even more efficient. His crew did a very clean install and left the crawlspace nice and tidy.

This was not a fun issue to come up, but Reyes was there for us, gave us the right information, recommended the right equipment and helped get us back to comfortable in this summer heat incredibly quickly. We are super thankful and will 100% call them again (hopefully not too soon) in the future. Thank you!
