Natalie T.Rocklin, CA01May 9, 2024Huge shoutout to Joseph for his amazing service and promptness. I told him about the issues we were having with our dryer and he came the same day! Despite being outside of his normal servicing area, he made the trip (well over an hour!) to come deliver and install a dryer for us. It was brought up, installed and working all in under 15 minutes. I would highly recommend his services to anyone & everyone. Glad we came across Ricca's Appliance Repair and will definitely be using them again for any of our needs. My only regret is that we didn't discover him sooner. Thank you Joseph!!!

I contacted Ricca's Appliance Repair when my dryer stopped working. They were able to get me a same day appointment which was very convenient. Joe was professional and friendly and had no issue explaining the problem and answering the questions I had. The service was quick and affordable. I would definitely use this repair company in the future.
