Came here for a diagnostic and it was a good experience. Jai was friendly, inspected my vehicle thoroughly and explained everything to me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and the diagnostic was free.
The other staff members were also courteous and hospitable.
I definitely recommend them based off of my experience.

I have kept my car for 15 days to this shop to work with my car warranty for working on transmission shifter service, two weeks later they deliver the car to me without finishing up the work, I could get an accident in the street while driving my wife and my children were with me. They are saying with that warranty they changed the transmission replaced and charged me $684 for the tax. I don't know what should I do with them, in the picture showing how they finished up the work and I could get a bigger trouble with my family in street.

As I write this review, it is sad to have to come to a bittersweet end with this place of business.

My A/C ran perfectly fine- at time the A/C was TOO cold-when I brought my car in to this place.

As I recall the radiator is very close to the condenser-so when the radiator is pulled out and put in- if the condenser is not removed first to get to the radiator- how is it that the condenser got damaged?

No, Jr., I will not buy the little pebble damaged the condenser story. The little pebble damaged the A/C condenser that fast coming from the dealership and straight to your shop?...So much so now the A/C blows nothing but warm/hot air. My car has NEVER had this issue before; this is bogus bull.

It appeared as though you stated every other "excuse" of how the car's condenser got damaged, but left out the part that your guys could have damaged the condenser as a possibility, too. Oops!

Now, truth be told, I did not see your mechanics do this for I was not about to stand over them and baby sit them by watching them work.

This is why I CANNOT STAND people with my car for nobody respects and takes care of your stuff like I do, but it is very obvious my A/C condenser got damaged while in your shop. I guess knowing the fact that you will not own it- that is your call.

Also, I do not appreciate the fact that one of your mechanics having had a tool in the same hand he held up the car's hood with. He could have scratch and/or damaged the paint finish on my car. I had to tell the mechanic to move the tool. ridiculous.

I just hope that you own up to your mistakes and admit fault when necessary. I cannot say that your shop actually did this although it seems extremely obviously so, and you cannot admit that you did not do it, either.

I jus wish you and your shop the very best going forward. Stay and be honest.

Great guys. Called them about my cars battery issues on a Sunday and they found the matching battery and replaced it immediately. Great job overall. Would definitely go back if needed

Complete scam. I think your car is supposed to sound better, not worse, when you pick it up from a mechanic

come here if you want your r34 built or just need a regular oil change, alvin sold his skyline and got a r8 to beat my 2g eclipse ,taught me everything there is to know about cars from doing oil changes to changing solenoids in transmissions ,nothing more for me to say we just did a Lamborghini Gallardo v10 engine swap .

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I brought my car in three times to get worked on here and it never went well once. first time they tell me i had a leaking issue and it would take 600 to fix. i bring it to another place and the guy got it done for 400 and it was no leak just a wiring issue. the next two times i bring it in for a noise it was making and he tells me they can fix it for 400. got the car back and the noise was still there the following day. i bring it back and he tells me oh now it's your brakes. The people here don't know what they're doing and they will charge you a ridiculous amount to not do what you ask for. If i were you i would go to any place besides here that's rated 5 stars because this place is not it. Now i have to bring it somewhere else to get it fixed as they never did what was intended and they wouldn't even give me a discount on the pricing after not doing what i asked for.

I was in the area when I noticed my oil change in my work vehicle was due. I was a couple of miles over (by couple I mean about five hundred over). I quickly checked Yelp for local shops. "Richmond Auto Repair" came up and had great reviews. It's located right off Jamaica Ave. When I pulled up there were about three cars in the shop. Someone came right over and asked do I need help. I told them yes and they told me to move up to back the other cars out. After I pulled in the mechanic waisted no time getting my car ready for service. I asked the owner if they take credit and he said "Yes." Great another victory. Once my car was up and the work was started I mentioned that my tires were a bit low and he put air in free of charge! That's great service. Once I was ready to pay I went into the office. The owner used a IPad to quickly process my payment. I mentioned I would return because of the price and quick service. This place definitely deserves all the prays it gets. I am going to be serviced by them for now on. I recommend you try them out in the future, if you need service......good service.
