I brought my car to the dealership a couple weeks ago to get its usual service. They told me that my tires were worn and should get them replaced. I was keen on inspecting the tires myself as dealerships tend to err on the side of caution with these type of things. I checked, they were perfectly fine.

Today I noticed that one of my tire was slowly losing air. I was starting to regret not getting them changed at the dealership. I quickly looked up "best tire shops" on Yelp and made my way to Rich's Tire.

When I got there, I told the auto tech working that I needed to get my tires replaced. I was mentally preparing myself to spend hundreds. The technician assessed my tires and told me that I didn't need a new tire since the tires I had were still pretty good and that he recommended to patch the inside of the tire losing air instead. I asked him how much and he said 30 dollars! 30 dollars!!

That auto tech could have easily taken advantage of the situation and could have easily convinced me that I needed new tires! He didn't do that. He gave his honest opinion and did the job efficiently. I was out of the shop in 20 mins. I don't usually write reviews but this level of honesty needs to be acknowledged. He could have lined his pockets with 100s of dollars but chose not to do so because it wasn't what I needed at the time. That's what I call exceptional service. Thanks Rich's Tire. You deserve all the 5 star reviews you can get.

We usually get our tires fixed at Costco, but they were busy today. I checked in Yelp and found this place a few blocks away. We pulled in, and within a few minutes, they sprayed some bubbles on the tires, asked me to slowly back up, found the leak, jacked up the car, pulled the nail, and plugged the hole.

Literally 10 minutes after we pulled in, they fixed the leak! $20 ... I thought it was a good deal even though Costco would fix the leak for free.

I always come here when I need my tires repaired. I've purchased a few tires here over the years. They are fast and friendly. A+

I called this business and spoke Alejandro and the staff of this place. The guy was very clear and thorough about the prices and quoted me a really good price and I was blown away by their business motto. Service was less than 30 min and got me on the road in no time i highly recommend these folks trust me you will satisfy yourself and will save a ton of pain in the long run. Thank you, guys again best in little town of Mount View and neighbors go say hello to them too...

I discovered that I had two tires with nails in them on a Sunday. I headed over to Rich's tire service and had them both fixed in 15 minutes. $20 per tire. no nonsense - in and out. Very professional, fast and for a very fair price. this is a great tire shop! Highly recommend them!!!

Yes, they're quick, yes they're responsive and yes they have great reviews. That's why I came here to get my tires replaced. I got my tires replaced 7/3/2023. About a week ago, I noticed one of the tires kept losing air and I would have to air it up every 2-3 days. I assumed it was a nail and just needed a quick patch so I went back. Nope! The inside of my tires were balding and the wires were exposed. 6 months was all my tires lasted!! They said it could be my suspensions causing the tires to wear so quickly and that it wasn't coverage under warranty. Ok, fair enough. I was going to have them replace all 4 tires. But they started speaking in Spanish, the lady at the front desk wouldn't answer my questions, and I just felt like something shady was going on. I sat in my car and called a few other places for recommendations. I'm sure they heard me bc all of a sudden they started jacking up my car while my 3 year old and I were sitting in the car! I asked them to drop my car and he literally dropped it, making my daughter fall off her seat. Shady af! I took off and went to San Jose to another tire shop. They told me my alignment was totally off and that why the tires wore so quickly. Nothing wrong with my suspension. I'm just another female they ripped off. Don't waste your money here.

Best tire change I could have expected! Tire was totally flat, came here without an appointment, the guys were able to immediately look at my tire and said it can't be patched and I'd need a replacement. I was scared at how expensive it would be. However, not only did they have a tire in my size in stock (every other shop I've been to previously have had to order my tires), they only charged me $150 for the tire and service! That was about as low as I could possibly expect. Finally the whole thing only took about 15 minutes, I was expecting hours to days! Definitely the best tire shop I have ever been to, can't recommend enough.

I got a flat tire on a Saturday evening on a three day weekend. Worst timing. Rich's happened to be one of the only places open. I called and they said they could take me. When I drove up, Salvador helped me right away. Within about 3 minutes of pulling into their parking lot he had my car on a jack, tire off, and identified that it had a nail. He plugged it for $20 and sent me on my way. The tire was fixed literally faster than it takes to get a coffee at Starbucks! Salvador and the guys at Rich's were super nice and helpful. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Salvador!!

Quick and professional service at a very reasonable price. They were polite throughout my tire replacement and helped me out in a pinch late on a Sunday.

I needed 4 new tires and had little time to do it so the good thing was there wasn't a wait and they got started on my car right away the bad was it was 150+ tax per tire no warranty and they only had 1 option available for new tires I drive a 2012 Honda civic

My tire got complete flat. Service is good but it's pricy. They charge more for the tire. For the 60$ tire they charge me 125 and with installation and everything it's come 180$
