Visited this place on a Friday night. Nice little cozy spot to duck into due to the rain. Loved the bar background setup, and the bartenders dressed up to the theme of the Kentucky Derby!

Tasty pisco sours in a dark intimate place that wasn't packed at all. Would come back for a chill night to grab a cocktail.

Years ago I came here with a group of friends for happy hour and ordered a punch bowl. It came with a dead fly floating inside of it. It happens, no problem, it's what happened after led me to write this review.

When we told the server there was a fly in our punch bowl, she said OH NO, then took the ladle and made several attempts to SCOOP the dead fly out of our drink. She finally got it and said "Got it!" and just walked away, leaving the punch bowl for us to drink.

I had written a review on here; the owner responded on the thread and said he'd make it right and to reach out to him with my credit card info which I did. After a couple weeks, I reached out again saying I never got the refund--he left me on read. I finally gave up and never again went back to this place. Now I guess they're harassing customers for leaving a 15% tip.

Love the kind of dark old timey ambiance. Came here for work happy hour. We got one of the big shareable punch bowls. Like it was pretty tasty and fairly alcoholic but there was HELLA ice so idk if the value is worth. Otherwise was pretty good and had a great time.

I stopped by one afternoon for a pour and ended up staying a few hours after having some great conversations with the staff. It was nice to just bask in to the presence of their whiskey wall!

Rickhouse is a wonderful whiskey bar in FiDi with a massive selection, wonderful staff, and fairly competitive prices! The only downside is that it's a pretty smaller place, so it can get packed real quick. But other than that it's a good time. I look forward to my next visit the next time I'm in SF.

The place very cozy and sometimes gets a little hot but a great place for a date night.
Their drinks are okay but their service is fast!

Stopped by on a Friday at around 5pm. They have great cocktails and an awesome vibe! The bartenders are pretty good at making the drinks and are very efficient. Definitely stop by for a drink!

Owner emails customers asking to tip more. I say stay away from goofy ass places like this

This place is great if you're craving an unprofessional owner emailing you that you didn't tip an exorbitant amount for an average drink!

Came here for the first time.

I really loved their decor and their whiskey selection. The decor feels like being in a cabin or a distillery far away from the city.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Only downsides were that they were out of a lot of things listed on the whiskey list; it would have been nice if it noted as out of stock on the menu .

Also, the prices for some of these whiskeys is a bit higher than other spots. However, you are paying for the experience and ambiance.

Will definitely come back to explore their menu more.
