Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle. When he came, he unloaded and told us to wait for him to drive up to pick us up. After he finished unloading he just took off and passed up by, ignoring us. After a number of calls to the hotel, 20 minutes later someone was finally dispatched from another route to pick us up and drop us off at our hotel.

Not acceptable. Will not use RidePal again unless I have no choice. Might just turn to Uber or Lyft.

I used the service on 8/26 and 8/29 and not very happy, because I pre-paid online [$20], the driver keep asking me the tips? He said I paid the company, not him. does that mean I pay him and pay the company are the different?

Website constantly has bugs (can't login, routes don't load), App is even worse, UI is clunky and makes you jump through hoops just to find your route. Would never use this service again if it wasn't the only option available to shuttle from my apartment to BART

RidePal is great service, fit for anyone currently giving up hours of their life to a commute. Unlike the google bus or other tech shuttles that people love to hate on, anyone can use a RidePal shuttle to get to work. The cost is about the same as commuting via CalTrain, but the experience is 100 times nicer. Having made the commute to the PA area from SF via car many, many times, I can tell you the beauty of the 280 can be much better appreciated when you aren't in the drivers seat. Also nice to have reliable wifi and outlets (unlike those rare unicorn outlets on CalTrain). Definitely worth finding out if they have routes / stops that work for you!

It really is the google bus for the rest of us! An amazing experience - cushy seats and wifi that actually works. The route I rode from SF to the Peninsula had a nice mix of people on it and a super friendly driver.

Highly recommend... this beats the living hell out of driving alone!

Absolutely love this service. Used it for the first time this morning. Sorry to hear about the funding trouble but well worth it and takes the hassle out of commuting from SF to PA. Glad to hear BlackTie will be picking up some of the routes that I will be using. I hope more and more people start using this service because traffic on the 101 in the Google Area of University Ave to Moffett Field is horrific.

NOOOOOOOOO!!! I am so sad, I though ridepal was such a cool idea. This really sucks it didn't work out.

As a daily commute option this doesn't work so well. Poor on time arrival. Poor tracking app. Very uncomfortable ride. Poor record keeping. I'm switching to the ace train!
