I highly recommend Rise Physical Therapy and Pilates. Nikki and Kim are great! They are both very warm and welcoming to all their patients. I look forward to my PT appointments. Nikki and Kim help answer any questions or concerns I have in detail-- very knowledgeable! I love the one-on-one PT experience!! No complaints. Highly recommend booking with them! Very impressed :))

Maria is an excellent PT and has helped my hip and lower back issues immensely. The whole staff are amazing with their clients and I couldn't recommend them more.

I am rookie at Pilates, which I started about 6 months ago hoping it would help alleviate some night time hip pain that started after a knee replacement.(I had already completed 6 months of PT elsewhere plus several injections recommended by doctors.) Dr. Nikki introduced me to the reformer and was tremendously patient with me as I learned various exercises, attempted to breath correctly, and so forth. After some one-on-one sessions, she suggested that I add some small group classes with both Nikki and her other instructors, notably Brandi. Bottom line, the Pilates sessions are improving my overall fitness and reducing my hip discomfort.
The bonus at Rise is the quality of the people. The instructors are friendly, open minded, and all have great senses of humor. They make Pilates classes fun. The office staff is friendly, customer focused, and efficient.

Kim saved my husband twice from terrine vertigo. She is genuine, knowledgeable, and fun. We came in with a berry sick person and left with all smiles. Kim does miracle.

Can't at enough about this clinic. I had BPPV for a week, doing Epley exercises which didn't help. Called the clinic and miraculously they were able to fit me in and help me get my doctor's referral. Kim was absolutely great. Worked on both my ears to move the crystals and gave me follow up exercises to do at home. There are so few vestibular specialists and I was very lucky to have found one.

I think I've seen everyone in the practice from post hip replacement therapy, to a surprise case of vertigo to Pilates. Everyone is amazing and the vibe in the practice makes you look forward to the hard work.

Kim quite literally changed the trajectory of my life. I had been dealing with post-concussion symptoms for two years before I found Kim, and was feeling incredibly hopeless. She was the first practitioner on my recovery journey that actually said "I know I can help you" instead of "hmmm..." which brought me an immense amount of relief and hope. After about 9 months of vestibular physical therapy, I finally felt like a whole person again, not the skiddish, constantly overwhelmed & overstimulated shell of a person I felt I had become. It's been about a year since I "graduated" and I just climbed Half Dome this last week, something I never would have even considered a few years ago when I couldn't walk through a grocery store without my concussion symptoms spiking. Thank you, thank you Kim. I truly owe my life to you!

I've been going to Rise PT for several months now. I had some undiagnosed hip pain and they encouraged me to ask the doc for an MRI which led to the discovery of a tear and an eventual hip arthroscopy surgery. I have been seeing them for all my post surgical physical therapy and love the way they operate. I've seen my fair share of PTs after 2 ACL tears and playing college sports and they are hands down the best. Incredible attention to detail, holistic (full body) approach to treatment, personal attention and an upbeat atmosphere. I've mostly seen Kim but the whole team is awesome and I'm really happy with my progress which I know is in large part to their guidance and help! Highly recommend!
