Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters

I had a great experience with Rishon Plumbing and highly recommend them. My tankless water heater died so I reached out to a few plumbers for opinions and quotes. The first company I talked to happened to be Rishon Plumbing after finding them on Yelp. I spoke with George - he was knowledgeable, responsive to my questions, and available to come look at my unit and space the next day. I told him I would call back after calling a few other plumbers to compare quotes.

I ended up choosing Rishon Plumbing because George was the most responsive and straightforward plumber I spoke to. I liked that his quote included the brand and model number of the unit he thought he would probably use to replace my unit (based on photos I sent him of the indoor space where it would need to go) so that I could do my due diligence on the unit. (In contrast, another plumber gave me an inflated quote without identifying the unit brand model they would be using.)

We scheduled for George to come the next day at 9 am. At 9 am sharp, George and John were at my place. They were professional, nice, and again straightforward. The unit they thought would work in my space ended up not fitting, so they had to leave and come back. Again, George gave me the make and model number of the unit he would be bringing and price (comparable to the first unit they tried) so that I could do my research on what I would be buying. It took 40 minutes for them to go and return with the unit (efficient!).

The second unit fit in the space nicely (see photo!). They installed it, tested all my faucets and showers, and that was it. Something that could have been a nightmare turned out to be easy and painless because these guys were so responsive, reliable and honest - and they delivered quality and efficient work!

George responded immediately to a plumbing emergency I had yesterday, when my water heater was leaking directly into a bedroom. He diagnosed the problem and then directed me to turn off the water (and gas) valve so that it wouldn't continue leaking into my unit. This was all done before we had ever met, over the phone! His level of patience -- especially with me knowing nothing about home improvement or water heaters or plumbing in general -- was SO appreciated in a time of great stress/flooding in my house. Then he came out the next day and replaced the water heater with a brand new one.

So grateful to have found George (thank you, Yelp); it speaks volumes about a person who will voluntarily be on the phone with you (someone who wasn't even a customer yet) to help solve a stressful plumbing emergency. Thank you George! Will absolutely use this company again in the future.

Sent out several inquiries when our water heater busted late on a Sunday night. Rishon was the highest rated, and our first choice. They got back to me bright and early, and we got started on the issue quickly Monday morning. Received a free estimate to install a new, natural gas water heater and haul away the old one based on pictures I took and texted over. Arrived on time and got to work immediately. Work went quickly, and the installation was quality. We were up and running again by early Monday afternoon -- two hours of installation time. Appreciate the speed, follow-through, excellent communication; detail-oriented and thorough. Highest recommendation.

Highly recommended! Hierohead approved woke up one morning to find no hot water. Rishon plumbing responded to my Yelp project request within an hour or so, but gave me previse and distinct quotes unlike the others, which some turned out to be double the price. Quoted the brand, Bradford White, size, and cost including labor and taxes out the door. I'm glad I went with George from Rishon plumbing. Super nice guy, knowledgeable, and trustworthy - the most important characteristic - and helped me get hot water again on a Saturday morning. Will definitely use this company again once I'm finished construction on my ADU!! Thanks again George!!

Used for tankless water heater descaling. Fast response time to set appointment. Arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. Have used a couple times for this service and will continue to use.

I can't recommend George at Rishon Plumbing highly enough! When the old water heater started leaking all over our basement, my daughter's plumber came by, took a look, and said he'd give me an estimate after the weekend. So I looked on Yelp, saw that Rishon Plumbing was top-rated, and contacted them instead. I'm so glad I did! George responded a few moments later, asked me to text photos of the problem, called back quickly to recommend a new water heater, and gave me a detailed estimate that I liked. He arrived a day later with two assistants to remove the old heater - which was hard work! - and within a short time we had a beautiful new water heater installed! George and his team were helpful, efficient, friendly, polite, and really good at their job!!! When I need a plumber in the future, I'll be calling George for sure!

Rishon plumbing really came through for us when we needed them. Trustworthy and honest. They changed out our toilet that kept leaking last minute, latched up our dryer vent, and has done excellent tankless water heater maintenance. Did a professional job that's high quality. Will definitely work with them again.

Our 13 year old water heater needed to be replaced and we called George. His prices were great and he came when he said he would. Got the job done including replacement of a valve and the expansion tank within a couple of hours.

We originally hired George to replace a water filter last year and he came quickly to do the job in no time. He's our go-to plumber.
