Excellent service - my 29 yr old refrigerator looks and acts like new. Thank you! Serviceman arrived on time... he was polite, clean cut, cordial and very efficient.

Well I have yet to find out if they provide good service or not. First appointment after waiting 4hrs at home window 8-12. I called at noon and at that point I was going to be next . They missed the window they said they would meet so I set another appointment. Then they gave me another 4hr window from 2-6pm ... Again I made sure I rearranged my schedule to be home. Well it's 6:45 now with no call no show so far and now bath and bed time for my little one...
Funny thing is if we call and cancel they want to charge a fee . Probably do the same if I'm not here when they show up, charge a fee... where is they're accountability to be they're word? I should be able to charge them for my HOURS at home waiting... this is 8hrs now I should get paid for missed work and family time!!! AND my washer is still broken!!!

Start to finish, 5 star. From my 1st call for service until when he left, very impressed. Easy to work with, quick response, reasonable service fee. I was lucky to get Joe as my repair person but really after my first call I could tell this company had their act together. Very professional indeed. Joe came with what seemed to be years of experience, heard what I had to say about the symptoms and what had been performed already on the Whirlpool 5 door dual ice-maker refrigerator. He sort of had a way of politely involving me in the diagnosis which I appreciated. He took the time to make a call to another tech I believe to maybe confirm his suspicions which I thought was very thorough. The refrigerator wasn't giving up the problem easy but I think he had it figured out in an hour or less. Joe gave me options for the repair and was outta here before you knew it. Fast forward to now, 8 days later and the refrigerator is running perfectly. I don't do these reviews for a typical service, it was more than that and I just wanted to share how I feel this went. Heck, I already received a card from River City showing their appreciation, it's the least I can do. I would definitely recommend this company, they are at the top of my list for appliance work and 5 star service. Thanks River City!

This company is great! The technician, Josh, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Even though he did run a little past the time window, he made up for it by taking the time to educate me about my washer and did a through diagnostics. I was referred by a close friend and will be using them again in the future.
