River North Hand Wash & Detailing

This is the second location, and this is larger than the original location in River North which I haven't been to. The staff and service are excellent.

I am an Insurance Underwriter. I've been in Insurance for 30yrs. CNA, ALLSTATE, CHUBB, ZURICH, AIG Ect.
I took my 2019 Cadillac because of a Very Minor rear end accident. (Cracked Bumper Blown Break Light) It took a Month to repair. While Abel was telling me the adjuster wasn't responding, the truth was he never submitted the request. Because I'm an Insurance Underwriter I connected with the adjuster on Linkedin. The Insurance company was Shocked that they held my car for so long. They even sent me and additional Check for a rental for my troubles. But it was due to Able/Mikes Poor service. For a rear end repair. The did not submit the Break light on the Truck to the Insurance Company. Able told me it would cost me $600 and it wasn't part of the trunk. But he repaired and charge the Ins co. for the Trunk Scratched , Painted Eblem replacement. About 5 repairs list ed as Luggage Lid repairs...But they did not submit the 3rd Break light on the Trunk. After increasing the Insurances Companies $55 per hour to $65 per hour, they wouldn't let them resubmit the 'Oversight" So Able told me I could pay $600, then Mike told me he could get it for $500 and split that Cost for me. $250 for Ables Poor Service...and LIES. I originally agreed to PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I only asked that it be done at Mikes shop and Not go back to Able so there wouldn't be any repercussions on my Car. Unprofessional Dishonesty is Not something I want to Trust my Cadillac with. Mike originally said Yes, but when it came time to fix it, he never ordered the part and said I had to take it back to Abel. Screw me Once, Shame on You...Screw me twice....Shame on me.
My Professional Opinion as an Insurance Underwriter for 30 years is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau. The part that they overlook and wanted to charge me $600 for...Is literally in the Pictures submitted to the INS Co.
