I highly recommend Rivera's Heating and Air conditioning. Marcos did a great job answering all our questions and educating us in the operation of our new furnace and central air conditioning. Marcos and his staff are polite, courteous and on time every day, We also had new duct work installed in a very small crawl space. No problem for Marcos and his staff! We passed all inspections and are now very comfortable in our home.

Marcos was quick to respond to my furnace repair request and was able to solve the problem after an efficient diagnosis. Great communication and follow up to ensure the fix held. I would definitely recommend Rivera's for those who need a fix!

When we decided to get HVAC installed my contractor recommended Rivera's. Marcos was great, he explained all the options and what would be the best choices to meet our needs. They were such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Everyday Ivan and Jay took the time to clean up before they left. I really appreciate that. It is refreshing to have hired Marcos to service our gas wall mounted heater because of the professionalism shown to me at each engagement of the process; (a) starting with excellent and quick responses on both phone and text, (b) ability to squeeze us in the same week, (c) then after the initial visit - left the ticket open so that if another visit was needed their would not be an additional service fee.

The initial visit (thought it was a quick pilot issue to resolve) turned out to prompt an additional visit where it was determined that the entire unit needed to be taken completely apart and cleaned. He arrived as scheduled, performed the work and the unit is now working perfectly.

There was a part that was left off, but once I brought that to his attention, he came over and installed.

I found Marcos' easy to communicate with, extremely knowledgable about my heating solution and trust his work is A+. His fees and charges seemed in line with the current mkt rates.

They were very good at repairing the heating system at the place I was renting out. The heater wasn't working well at all and kept making a big noise that others couldn't fix. They showed on time, verified everything before getting over, and went back a couple of days to make sure it was working fine. I

We highly recommend Rivera's Heating and Air Conditioning. We worked with Marcos Rivera and his team on three major home projects: a new Carrier efficient furnace to replace the original vintage furnace; Next, much needed new ducting when we completed an earthquake foundation retrofit; and recently installing a new central air conditioning system with an air purifying filter. Each project was completed on time and within our budget despite our home's challenging tight crawl spaces.
For the AC project, we got four bids and the other contractors proposed that we install a 4 or 5 ton AC unit. Marcos had a much better approach. He completed a state of the art Heat Load Calculation which concluded that a 3- 1/2 ton compressor unit would be optimal - thus saving us significant money on the total energy cost of running the AC. The same Heat Load Calculation also concluded that some of our existing duct work needed to be upsized in order to create a maximally efficient AC system. Neither of the other contractors even mentioned the need for a Heat Load Calculation or a need to assess the size of our ducting. Had we gone with one of them we would likely have had the most inefficient AC system: A needlessly oversized compressor unit and undersized ducting leading and a higher electric bill and waste of energy.
Marcos and family have been a pleasure to work with. They minimize the impact of their work and are very responsive to all of our questions. We highly recommend that you consult them about any HVAC needs.

Marcos and Cindy are an amazing duo. They answer calls promptly and show up on time. Clean and professional. Marcos layed down a mat before he began working so my carpet wouldn't get dirty. Cindy does the paper work very clearly and explains what is needed.Marco did a full inspection and detected the issue being with my defected thermostat. My heater was a Williams wall heater. Rivera had a large inventory with him and suggested I replace the older digital thermostat I had with a more modern one , his second recommendation was going with a brand new original Williams thermostat that was designed to go with the heater that I already have in my apartment. I decided to go with a Williams because I felt that was a more affordable option . My new thermostat is simple to use and with me being not that tech savvy I feel it is a great fit for my lifestyle.

Love Marcos and his crew! They are super nice, professional, very knowledgeable, and reasonable! They originally replaced our old furnace years ago and I didn't hesitate to have them install our AC. Marcos always finds the best solutions for your situation that are most efficient and economical! Cannot highly recommend them enough!!!

Rivera installed a new HVAC system in our house, which included adding air conditioning. This was a difficult job because of the age of our house, and they did an excellent job. They made a great effort to give us the best system possible and were able to make the system more energy efficient than the original proposal. They were reliable and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They were also very careful about safety protocols for COVID. I would highly recommend them and satisfied that they take the time to do quality work.

Friendly knowledgeable staff came to fix our heater on Monday. They were very clean, professional and efficient. Will definitely call again!
