Ray Brown and crew have done many jobs at our home. We love his responsiveness and quality of the work. He and his team tackled some very tough jobs under the house including a cracked "Y" connection and leaking sink drain that required a new clean out.
His team also fixed an incorrectly routed water main that required cutting galvanized old pipe.
Today RMB Plumbing came out within one day of our call to snake out a clogged washing machine / softener drain.
Next week RMB will use a jet technique to clean all of our home's drains.
Following that, we plan to select RMB Plumbing with remodeling two bathrooms.
And most of all, Ray puts up with my constant kidding. :)

Ray is awesome! He installed our water softener. The water softener we bought from Lowe's came slightly damaged. I did not want to deal with the hassle of returning it. Plus, I did not want to have to pay another plumber or pay Ray again to come out. So I told him to fix it as best as he could and he did! He and his partner were awesome and they fixed it and it's been running great since he came out in June. He did everything right and he was very neat and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely be out again for any of my plumbing needs.

We initially called RMB Plumbing for what we thought would be a simple faucet replacement which we was causing a minor leak. After Ray checked out the sink and pipes, he discovered more issues. We do live in an older property and the I believe the piping is original (mid-90s). I'm grateful that Ray was able to assess the issue and ended up replacing the pipes entirely (along with the faucet). I appreciate that he also explained to my husband what the issues were and why the work needed to be done. I'm already planning our next project with Ray (master bedroom sinks & replacing all our old toilets)!

*Also, it's worth mentioning I have 3 dogs in the house and he had no issues getting to know them

Mr. Ray and his team is a great person and his quality of work is phenomenal . He helps us to relocate our shower head and vent system in our house with affordable price . He is also willing to work with my budget as well. I would recommend his service to anyone looking for plumbing service

Ray and Jose were amazing. They came out to install a Springwell whole house carbon system on top of the water softening system I already had. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and got straight to work. It was a tricky install but they figured it out and I couldn't be happier with the quality. Highly recommended and will definetly call again whenever I need help. Thanks again!

We had a leak from the pipe right below our main water shut off valve, so needless to say we needed it fixed urgently.

Ray arrived today afternoon as he said he would, and was instantly faced with a plumbing setup he hasn't seen before. I was worried he may not have a quick fix solution, and that this would end up being an expensive job.
Thankfully, he was able to find a part that would do the trick. He completed the repair promptly and made sure to inspect it in detail before leaving.

We initially hired Ray to work on several small projects. After Ray gave the evaluation and recommendation, we decided to expand the scope of the project to replace the water heater. Ray bought a new water heater on our behalf and installed it skillfully and professionally. After the water heater was installed, we found out that the water heater was a faulty one. Ray helped us get it replaced from the vendor and installed the new one skillfully and professionally once again. Ray also followed up with us on the performance of the second water heater on the second day. I am glad that I hired Ray for this project and will continue hiring him in the future. I strongly recommend Ray for your coming projects.

I was very happy with Ray's service and responsiveness. I had a major clog near my sewer line, called him late on a Saturday night, and he came the next day on Sunday afternoon to clear it all up. I even had him back later that week for a bigger project and he brought Jose, who worked so hard to get the job done correctly and quickly. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
