Called Aaron for initial quote.
He scheduled a time and was prompt and efficient assessing the jobs needs. He provided a quote via email which was competitively quoted. His technician Luke came out and installed a washer dryer hot cold with drain for our new location for laundry room in the garage. Vented through roof with full permits. With it being in the garage and going to covered by the washer dryer we did not concern with having install in the walls. Looks very professional. Very polite communication.

We had a new hot water heater installed and Aaron took care of the permits and the scheduling. The installation went smoothly. The pricing was fair and excellent workmanship. The city inspector said, "Wow, they did a great job!" Needless to say it passed inspection. Great work.

Aaron Robello has fixed numerous plumbing issues in my 100 year old house. I've known him since he worked for many years with his father. He is such a nice, reliable, hardworking young man. He recently installed a new sink and toilet and fixed a stubborn clog in the kitchen sink.

I was recommended Robello Plumbing by a friend and they were excellent. They were able to come over and help right away, worked quickly and charged a fair price (which seems to be rare in this area). I couldn't speak more highly of the service I received from the actual plumber and apprentice who came to my home or the interactions I had with the owner in setting up the appointment and paying the invoice. Look no further...these guys are the best. Aaron is responsive, on time, informative, pricing is right, clean and very nice folks. During COVID we had two things that needed to be done - installing a new gas range where the gas line had to be moved and he and Luke did a great job. Also a new water heater and it is such a huge improvement (previous one was really old). Both wore masks and social distanced when working. Aaron's dad, AJ Robello, did a lot of work for my father's commercial buildings in San Rafael back in the day. Whenever someone would suggest another plumbing contractor my dad would always say "No way, AJ is my man!" Aaron has kept the family business going and he is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Used Robello Plumbing to help with some items needed in our home. Aaron and Luke were extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. They identified unrelated plumbing issues they saw from previous work done (some needed fixing, and some that were bound to cause issues in the future) and fixed the easy ones, which was great. I will use them again.
