Roberto's Roadside Rescue

Roberto came to the rescue for a quick tire change. He was able to come within an hour of my call, and he communicated status along the way. He handled the tire change quickly and efficiently (despite my spare also being flat!) and took the care to explain things to me: what had happened with the tire, what was fixable and what was not, and his recommendation for good tire service. Will definitely call him again if I need roadside help.

I wish I could give Roberto 10 stars! He went above and beyond in replacing my battery in my old Acura car. He thoroughly cleaned the old acid off the battery housing and contacts and alerted me to things like a leaking gasket, loose bearings, and low steering fluid. He's extremely helpful, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He did this on a Saturday night, all the way in Foster City. I'm going to call Roberto for everything car-related from now on!

10/10, amazing guy, amazing service

Post-pandemic, I've been using my car more for family trips. That combined with all the road work being done by MUNI and PG&E on the west side of SF has done a number on my tires. I called Roberto as I had a flat, and my other tires were not in great shape. Luckily, I was able to get the car home, and did not have to get towed. Roberto was very responsive, helpful, and had good advice on general car maintenance. Apparently, he also towed an older car of mine close to a decade ago.

In any case, he is reliable and pricing is fair.

Roberto helped me get my tire and rim repaired and jumped through a lot of hoops to make it happen. He traveled to multiple tire places to get the rim repaired and worked tirelessly to get everything addressed during a period where my time was very constrained, so it was a huge help.

I called Roberto, and even though he was too far away to come to my location, he patiently helped me jumpstart a stranded car over the phone until we succeeded. He was incredibly kind and patient throughout the process. Highly recommend his service!

Roberto rescued me and didn't even have to meet me at all! I accidentally left my car lights on for over an hour, and though I could still start my car, I was worried my car might still have battery problems so I called Roberto for help (based on his many many reviews and well-deserved 5-star rating). He kindly generously gave me thoughtful advice for free to properly recharge my battery (and on a Friday evening when I was stuck) and told me I didn't need roadside services. Highly recommend his high integrity, excellent expertise, and stellar service!!

Ran through an absolutely ridiculous pothole right before the freeway on a rainy SF night. Pulled off to the side and called AAA to request a tow. While waiting, I figured I'd look on Yelp in case there were any businesses open that could offer some advice on my situation. When I came across Roberto's profile here, many reviewers mentioned how helpful, responsive, and trustworthy Roberto was. Feeling a little anxious about what my next best steps would be, I called up Roberto and he picked up within seconds.

Let me just get straight to the point. I have never felt, genuinely, so cared for over the phone by a business. Roberto immediately felt like family -- incredibly gracious with his time and providing solution after solution, all while being mindful of budget, efficiency, and safety.

He was ready to cross the Bay to take care of everything for us - but recommended a more economical and efficient solution which didn't involve any of his services.

Solely on this brief interaction, it is without a shadow of doubt that I would recommend Roberto. I believe the praise that the reviewers are singing. He deserves every bit of it.

Absolutely amazing! I needed help putting on my spare tire and he was there within 15mins. He was super nice and he taught me how to change my tire in a helpful way. I am so grateful he was there to help!

Roberto was my angel last night! He answered my call after the first ring, asked if I was parked in a safe area, and let me know his ETA. I'm not an SF native so I struggled on directions but he didn't give up and found me. He inspected my flat, put on my replacement tire, and advised me what I should do the next morning at the tire shop. Super honest and stand up guy. He even asked me to text him when I got home. It's the small things that count for me and I really appreciated that.

Roberto is like your uncle you trust to bail you out when you don't want to call your dad at 3am to tell him your stuck in the city. Thank you so much Roberto!

I requested a tow from Roberto and he was super responsive and helped discover what was wrong with my car over the phone. Although I did not end up using Roberto's tow service, he looked out for me and even asked if I got home safely. I'm positive that if I had used his service, I'd be more than satisfied.
