Rob is amazing. I've been using his service for more than a decade now. He is great because he's fast, communicates well, and the price is VERY reasonable. I especially like the fact that he sweeps up the floor after.
The other day he helped me clear a bunch of storage boxes from the crawl space. He would help pull out ten or so boxes at a time, and while I go thru what to keep what to throw away, he's already onto the next phase of boxes.
He's a really charismatic guy. It's been a real pleasure to have him on our speed dial.

Rob was absolutely fantastic. He was responsive and gave a very fair estimate with just some pictures of the what I needed. We agreed to a noon start time and he showed up 5 minutes early. We walked through what I wanted removed and what should stay. He took care of exactly what I needed done and then some! He took care to arrange what I wanted to keep and made sure shovel and sweep any remaining debris. I was really happy with his work. I should also add he was a sincerely nice guy to boot!

I would not hesitate to call Rob again. He went above and beyond what I expected for, what I truly believe, was a fair price.

Rob offers incredible customer service at a very fair price. He couldn't have made the removal of "piles" of miscellaneous stuff in my apartment any less stressful. Called a few days ahead, discussed cost and scheduled a time that he and his son arrived to as planned. It felt great to free up some space and "open up the flow" in my living quarters! Wary about the negative experience a friend had with a certain 1-800 business, I contacted Rob via text after seeing all these glowing reviews. And am glad I did! Rob was right on time for our appointment and expertly and single-handedly moved out my sleeper-sofa within minutes. We worked out a separate date for his help in hauling out a friend's sofa, too; and Rob was just as timely and professional on that second service. The service costs were quite reasonable, especially considering the costs of renting a truck and time spent in hauling it all yourself (and probably messing up your own back in the process)! I wouldn't hesitate in calling Rob again.
