Gracious response to my problem I needed a zipper repair on a couch pillow.. Precise stitching solved the problem, in and out 15 minutes.

This place is amazing. I don't know how anyone could give it less than 5 stars. The service is top notch. Friendly, on time, great quality. And there is a seamstress there in the afternoons on weekdays where you can get small sewing projects done like hems and letting sleeves out, etc. They also do pickups and delivery. Highly recommend this dry cleaner.

Terrible customer service. Dropped off my wedding dress and groom's suit for cleaning a week ago. They were unable to give a quote at the time of dropoff but gave a wide price range; they said they would contact me within an hour to confirm the exact price. I did not hear back, tried texting and calling the next day with no response from them. Today I went to pick up and was shocked to see that they charged me 33% more than the high end of the range quoted. When I told the woman at pickup about the lack of communication and supposed high end of the range, she just told me it wasn't her problem and then was rude when I asked for a receipt. There seem to be plenty of well-reviewed other dry cleaners in the area; go anywhere else!

I dry clean my luxury clothes and when they returned them today, I identified these damages to the buttons (see pics) shortly after I picked them up.

I understand accidents happen, so I was not mad, but just annoyed. I simply wanted a refund. When I called, the lady clerk asked me to arrive so the person "in the back" can inspect it. When I arrived she inspected and stated they can fix the buttons. She didn't ask whether or not I wanted to do. Yes, maybe fixing the buttons for regular clothes is fine, but in this case, I didn't want them to fix or touch my clothes further. I stopped her and asked her for a refund nicely. She responded, "I am not sure if we could do this" and asked the owner to speak with me. They gave pushback and finally gave me my refund.

Notably, the lady (wears glasses, old, maybe in her late 50s) was rude and provided poor customer service. This is customer service 101. If one accidentally messes up, then simply ask the customer how he or she wants to proceed. She didn't do this and was very defensive. No apology from the owner or her either.

I wouldn't have given a 1 star review, but given the poor customer service in addition to quality of work, I decided to give 1 star.

If you are particular about your luxury clothes, then I would be weary of going to this place.

My jacket zipper frayed at the end so I took it in to get the zipper replaced they wash cleaned and put a new zipper in all for $49 the ladies are very courteous professional and even let me know they ordered the wrong zipper

I usually do my own mending but the two specific things I needed (a new zipper in wax coated jeans and a new button in another pair) are time consuming and I don't have the proper machine for waxed jeans. Add to that the hassle of gathering supplies and finding time makes this well worth the cost (which is very reasonable)!
I was recommended here by a collegue and I am so pleased with their work! You can't even tell any repair work was done, they both look like they came that way! The service was also very polite and efficient and the speed of the work was good.
I highly recommend this business and I will definitely be going back when I need more mending or dry cleaning.

I needed to find a new dry cleaning place, so I decided to check this place out with my significant other. This place consists of both dry cleaning and alterations, which is convenient. We have brought a 2-piece suit (jacket and pants) and a white dress shirt to be dry cleaned multiple times, two dresses for dry cleaning once, and two sweaters with moth holes that needed mending.

One of the things I especially like about this place is the ability to have your dry cleaning stored in reusable garment bags rather than single-use clear plastic bags. That, plus the great quality work, will make this my new go-to place in the future.

Eco Notes
- You can request that they dry clean your clothes in a reusable garment bag instead of a clear plastic bag. Then when you pick up your clothes, you can transfer your clothes into your own garment bag or in a clear plastic bag from a previous cleaning session.
- I asked if they reuse hangers if we give it back to them, and they said they do.

I am in from the east coast for a wedding and needed my dress steamed on short notice. I called three different cleaners and none of them were able to steam my dress on such short notice. When I called Rockridge Royal cleaners they said they could do it and get it back to me the next day. I received a text message the next morning letting me know my dress was ready. The dress looks beautiful and not a wrinkle in it. Loved the people who took care of me and the friendly and efficient way they took care of my needs. I would definitely do business with them again!
