Rockvill RV & Self Storage

Rockville storage was great for my needs. Jesus was very helpful in figuring out what size storage unit I needed. They had a great special for half off the first three months. The office/lobby is spotless as is the rest of the property. I felt like security was very tight and efficient. I never worried about theft. One of the best parts is that the units are climate controlled and they have elevators. I know if I ever have storage needs in the future I will definitely be coming back to Rockvill.

If you are looking for a clean, modern, and secure self-storage unit. Rockvill is the one you should definitely visit. I have not been at all impressed by the corporate-owned storage places. This place is different. On my first visit, the front desk staff was excellent; they answered all my questions. I rented a climate control storage unit on the spot. I returned later in the day to place a few things in the unit. The staff saw me and came over to make sure that everything was going well. What's not to like.

We had our motorhome stored there about 3 1/2 years ago for about 2 1/2 years. We loved it at first then the prices started going up too much. So we moved out.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
There is a bathroom on site during business hours. They sell packing and moving supplies!! They also rent Moving Trucks.
It is very clean and secure with gates, fencing and cameras, with keypad entry. I have referred this place to people because the value for what you get at Rockvill is so much better than any other place Ihave been and the rates are competitive. I ask them all the time if they have any job openings !!

John the "manager" is a complete jerk to put it nicely. He talks to his customers like garbage as well as his co workers. So we made a mistake and it wasn't on purpose and we apologized many times. John had no right speaking down to us. We left a couple minutes after the closing time. He may think he has all the power but it's simply "short man syndrome"! They were a nice place to rent from then a year later all the drugs/homeless moved in and trashed it in the sense of rigging the gates to were they could get in after hours. We moved out and told Raymond we were and yet John sent us a notice of past due fees, because Raymond didn't do his job and put that in the system. So I'm sure they'll try and collect a fee. I'll report them so I'm not worried but it's all a power trip for the short guy John. Just don't piss John off cause all those good reviews that are most likely fake will all turn into negative reviews.

John I had a unit as well as my partner M. Tula we shared the storages. You also didn't close out our account when we told Raymond we were all moved out. You need to go to a training class how you treat and speak to people, especially because you are in the customer service department. You made it worse than what it was. People make mistakes and it only happened once which we took responsibility of and paid for it. You talk to people like garbage when you have nothing but short man syndrome. You feel mighty when you speak down to people but you lost 2 customers. Soon 2 more that is my family that rent from you. The owners might wanna wake up and get you out of there. Raymond knows how to talk to people and how to resolve problems without being a jerk.

I've rented multiple units and I highly recommend. The facility is very clean, modern, and has a great location (next to 67 and 52 exits). Jesus is extremely helpful and professional.

The location is easily accessible and always well maintained.

This facility is amazing - it is clean, organized and secure. I intermittently have to use this storage facility and had the pleasure of dealing with John and Raymond and both have exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.

Raymond is the man. He was so friendly and helpful. This place is the Ritz of storage places. 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I are new in the area and came across this storage place. All I will say is Raymond is the greatest person, his customer service was AMAZING and such a friendly person as well. I love how secure this place is and also has free car washing station. Very affordable as well!

Been using the storage facility for a couple years now. They've gone through a lot of changes as far as adding additional buildings. Prices are reasonable but more importantly, the facility feels very secure. I've never had any problems unlike some of the other storage facilities in East County. You can get in facility pretty early in the morning. And it's up until about 845 at night to get any thing you might need to get. They have a dump station for RVs, and a power wash would recommend for anybody looking for storage needs in East County.
