Rodent Control

A friend recommended Rodent Control to me because of the high ratings they received on Yelp and they were local to our residential property in Burbank. But most important of all was their specialty in RODENTS, and not a generic "Pest Control". We had a RAT problem that are much more intelligent and elusive than ants, roaches or whatever bugs are thrown into the term "Pests".

Tom Kaminski, our service representative had the superior smarts and heart to tailor Rodent Control's expertise and tools specifically to our RAT infestation in our two story house built over 70 years ago with multiple entries/openings, which probably looks to a RAT like a giant piece of Swiss Cheese. Joking aside, Tom carefully and
methodically investigated the house for entry points and risk areas. Our other quote from another "Pest Control" company was the same price but they also wanted us to enroll in their "monthly maintenance" program with baited traps. After hearing Tom's strategy to totally eliminate a RAT's ability to exit or enter the house as THE defense, made sense. And he went on the explain that there should be no need for follow up maintenance with rat traps since Rodent Control's strategy is to prevent RATs from exiting and re-entering the house. Tom is courteous and professional. They came and did a great job closing up points of entry and cleaning and sanitizing inside the house and setting indoor traps to catch the last RATs that will ever live in the house.

Devon was great! Super personable, young, smart guy. Came out and did an inspection on our home on Sunday, stayed and chatted with us about the process and told us to think about it and call him when we decided. Not gonna lie, I don't know much but about rodent control pricing but the quote seemed high, freaked me out a little. He gave us a call later that evening and said an opening for the next day became available, at this point, I figured the longer we waited, the problem would get worse. He worked with us on the price and we locked it in for the next day.
Come Monday morning, I walk into the garage and find the biggest rat, dead, inside one of the traps we had set up! Devon and his team could not get to my house fast enough! I was thoroughly freaked out and grossed out.

The team arrived and they got right to work. They stayed for hours, making sure to get every hole and crevice. A few other workers showed up later in the day to help. They went above and beyond to secure any openings. Even built a new basement door for me! I recommended them right away to our neighbors, who after speaking with, seem to be experiencing the same problem.
Would highly recommend Rodent Control to my family, friends and neighbors. The attention to detail and time they took on the job, is so far a great indication in the pride they have in their work.

Mice Control.
Jake was my contact. He was knowledgeable and explained every detail of
360 Rodent Contol's process. The workers arrived right on time and worked at solving my problem. Jake came to make sure everything was running smoothly. I was called the very next morning to set up the first inspection and I am told they will come back until they see zero signs on mice. After that, they will put down new insulation. I am pleased with their efficiency and professionalism.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Devon at Rodent Control. Less than 24 hours after reaching out for help with a rat problem, they were on site, ready to tackle the issue head-on.

The level of service provided was beyond exceptional. Not only did they meticulously remove all the insulation from my attic, but they also sanitized both the attic and crawl space thoroughly.

I'm very impressed by the professionalism and expertise of Rodent Control. Sam was very helpful during my free consultation, and they came next day to rodent proof my house. All of the guys that came were friendly and professional. The first week they returned to check the traps they set, and all of the traps were empty. One thing I learned in this process, you must use a rodent specialist to protect your home against rats. Do not use a regular pest control company.
