Call Ricardo at 415.286.4696 before you call any other contractor about home renovation construction needs. He is very good at it and goes the extra mile to satisfy you as his customer. Everyone else thought it would be best to install a new shower pan. The prefabs are not easy to find in the size we needed. Ricardo tailor-made one that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. He identified a shower glass installer without my having to ask. I am very pleased with the tiling work as well. I called before the walk-through to ask him who he would recommend for hauling away the debris away. He was already taking it to the dump. Most of it was from the other contractors.

I have contacted and gone through a lot of contractors for this renovation. Ricardo was the only one that could do all of the remaining work. The Rodriguez brothers did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen over the holidays. The removed linoleum, tiled the kitchen, installed and assembled a new cabinet, mounted and fit a new counter, and tiled the back splash. They did not only do what I had asked but exceeded my expectations, worked independently but consulted me when necessary. Throughout the construction, they limited all exposure such as noise and dirt as much as possible, and updated my neighbors when appropriate. I would give them my highest recommendation at any time!

Ricardo and Jonathan installed a new window and siding in my rental unit to fix a leak and repair dry rot. They did a great job from beginning to end, including painting. They are very professional and worked hard to meet the deadline before my new tenants moved in.

Efficient and affordable. Our bedroom slider needed replacement and had dry rot around the siding and trim. They did an exceptional job and I will definitely use them on project outside my ability.
