      Kirk just left my house after fixing our washer. He made the process a breeze and even went above and beyond the job to share some great tips so we could keep our other appliances working their best. The price was more than fair and he arrived right on time. I hope we don't have another appliance break, but if we do we will for sure be using Ron's Appliance Repair. Thanks again, Kirk!

      DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

      Save yourself the headache and just pay for a plumber. The guys who should up were super unfriendly and acted like they didn't want to be there. One acted so annoyed the entire time and even complained about other jobs on his phone to his partner. Upon installation they dented our brand new dishwasher. When we asked what happened all they said was, "oh we did our best call LQ to get a new faceplate. It's under warranty." SERIOUSLY?! They also installed the dishwasher crooked and blamed the flooring. Our other dishwasher was not crooked. They cut a line a got water every where and they did not clean up after themselves. The worse part is we asked them if they needed any additional items. We would run to the hardware store and grab it. They told us no twice. Then they ran to the hardware store themselves and charged us for it. I spoke to a Ray about price and sent plenty of pictures to ask if they could complete what we were asking of them. The guys had no idea what they were supposed to do when they showed up and were annoyed about drilling a hole. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
      Now we must call a plumber to fix what these guys messed up as everything is leaking and a complete mess.

      These people are crooks. Be very wary. Our refrigerator stopped working. They charged us $160 to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator. Then they made us buy a new fan for $190. Then they charged us $160 to install the fan. They told us the fridge now worked. In fact, when I checked, it did not work. They then pretended to come back to fix it, but did not actually com. These people are crooks. Avoid!

      Ron's Appliance Repair has responded to service my oven, microwave, washer and dryer throughout the years, all through Fidelity Home Service.
      So, all I pay for is the deductible, but I have learned about these Bait & Switch home repair services. This is the 3rd Company that I've paid for to service broke appliances, and other household repairs that I'm unable to complete on my own, and to HOPEFULLY pay a lot less for in the end. This is what I've learned.
      The repair companies respond and find a problem with your product that is either not covered in the small print, age, or neglect on our part. If the product need be replaced entirely Fidelity will low ball you on how much they'll cover to replace it altogether. Then they'll send inexperienced product technicians who have no idea how to fix anything and then is guided by the office on citing loopholes in the contract for which you we're completely unaware of, they're rude and will spend record breaking insufficient time "in repair and solutions to fix the problem(s)".
      Every single time another company other than Ron's responded Fidelity would side with the repair company, in their written solutions to fix the problem or problem(s). The last repair company diagnosed the problem as "it's old and your washer is dusty". Then Fidelity said they would not cover anything. The Company, BIG GUYS APPLIANCE REPAIR, proceeded to assemble the unit incorrectly, causing a huge leak, and leaving behind a gasket, and multiple screws.
      RON'S APPLIANCE REPAIR CITED THE LEAKS DUE TO THE PREVIOUS COMPANY, BIG GUYS REPAIR, not assembling the unit correctly and their excuse was that it was because the unit is too old to repair.

      Incompetent and rude technicians. The technician came with a trainee. Neither one was able to fix a very simple issue we had with our refrigerator, and argued that this was 'normal'. We have owned 3 refrigerators since we got married and we know for a fact that the problem was not 'normal' and a competent technician should be able to fix such a simple issue. We are very disappointed with Ron's service and Do Not recommend them.

      Our GE almost new dishwasher did not heat. Called the appliance store who said they would send someone in three weeks. Next called Ron's who scheduled a repair in two days. Kirk and Farewell quickly discovered a popped fuse but also showed how to keep the dishwasher like new with filter cleanout and a conditioner. Not only prompt and professional but a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Ron's.

      I'm in Healdsburg, a local resident. Left two messages as to my repair needs and never received a call back.
      Would not recommend this company to anyone !

      They did an excellent job! Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and returned two days later to complete the repair. I will definitely use them again!

      After a remodel, my washer all of a sudden "stopped working." So, you call Ron's appliance and have them fix it. Kirk was great! Arrived in the time frame promised (at the early part of that time frame). After a quick fix to the washer, he leveled it. Also took a look at our appliances and gave me a quick run-down on our new Fisher Paykel dishwasher drawer. Also talked about the ignitor in the range. Super knowledgable, as well as friendly.

      My husband called Ron's Appliance to have our washing machine repaired. On 11/24/2022 the tech came to our home, he was quick, knowledgable, and pleasant. He informed me that he needed to order parts and that he would have them in a week. I tried to pay the invoice at that time but the tech said the office would email an invoice. We did not hear from Ron's Appliance until 12/19/2022, they informed me that the parts were in. My husband came home and I told him that Ron's called, he said, "I bought you a new washer and dryer for Christmas". We called Ron's and canceled the appointment. On 12/23/2022, the owner of Ron's told us that he understood but would send us an invoice - almost $300 for nothing. I would NOT recommend Ron's Appliance to anyone.

      My five-year-old microwave stopped working the other day. Called Ron's and a repairman was out two days later. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 25 minutes. Will call Ron's from now on whenever an appliance gives us a problem!
