Looking for a date night idea? Try out Rooftop Cinema Club. This was my first experience watching a movie on a rooftop and I loved it! I was surprised with tickets to watch Pulp Fiction (such a classic).

Be mindful of directions... The theater is located inside the Embassy Suites Hotel. You have to take the elevator. Once you get off the elevator, you're greeted and surrounded by a backdrop of the city's buildings. You check in at the box office and then you're given a set of headphones.

They have a bar serving cocktails as well as a concession menu. We had already eaten and drank beforehand, so we passed. They also have games so you can play and socialize before the movie starts.

The movie screen wasn't super big, but we didn't have any problems with being able to watch it. The chairs and headphones were comfortable for the whole 2.5 hours. Visual and audio quality were great!

In terms of pricing, it ranges from $12-$29 depending on the time of day, type of seating, and additional add-ons. It can be pricy, but you're really paying for the experience. They do offer military and student discounts.

I definitely would come back here. They offer so many iconic movie classics, you can't go wrong.

Super cute idea! Came here for a movie night on Wednesday which is wine Wednesday - so we each got a free glass of wine. Very clean, headphones worked well, and cool that you get to watch a movie on a projector in the middle of the city.

What an experience! If you're a movie goer, rooftop cinema is a must. The hotel had signage to direct you to the rooftop, 3rd floor. Upon getting off the elevator you walk down what can feel like a tight hallway but it opens up as you go down the stairs to the landing where you will find the bar area. The bar area had plenty of seating options in the space and included some photo opp moments which you will also get outside. They had card and board games available in the bar area, drinks are pretty expensive starting at $18 each, I opted for an aperol spritz and was happy with my choice. Just outside of the bar is the check-in and concession stands where you can check-in for the movie and grab your headphones, movie snacks such as popcorn, pretzels, chips and candy. There were plenty of seating options in the "theater" area, we sat in the more shaded space although it didn't seem as though the sunnier seating area would've impacted our ability to see the screen. The seats were comfy, would've loved if they had cup holders and or arm rest, but it made due. All in all a cool experience, good for a day date, date night, time out with the girls and or the family. The staff were pleasant and accommodating through the experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

It's fun, it's different and I'm here for it. I definitely recommend it! I was able to grab one of the last movies of the season, as this is the last weekend they'll be open. I also recommend purchasing the premium lounge chair, it's comfy and roomy. Your ticket comes with free popcorn and there is a bar and candy for purchase. You also get a bracelet, a ticket , and your headphones. Which blocks out noise and helps with the cold. If coming durning cooler weather, come prepared as the area is open. Stepped into the season greetings by watching 'National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.' No matter how many times I watch these christmas movies, this experience made it better.

The movie experience was great, everything was very easy. The seats were great and there was a restaurant as well. Recommend it 100% to all movie loving people, this was a great experience!

Rooftop cinema offers amazing entertainment and customer service. It was my first time and the accommodation are ideal. Screen is easy to see no matter the time of day. Got the lounge which is nice for me. There is also a premium chair with more space and pillows.

I took my girlfriend to see the notebook and it was cool. Two tickets for 60$ around and one came with the popcorn that was the stalest popcorn I have ever been given. Staff were nice. The headphone situation could be better. They weren't really that loud and it was 80 degrees out so it was uncomfortable at some points. My girlfriend said the drink was ok at best and it was not cheap 15-20$ for one drink. Get there early if you are seeing a movie during the day or else you will be in the sun or have a horrible angle. If you can see it in a theater instead i recommend doing so.

Easy booking online. The venue was beautiful. Service was OK. It's a nice experience in the city. please note children are not allowed after screenings for 4:30pm. The refreshments and food are incredibly overpriced. I got a bottle of soda and water for 8 dollars. It's cool if you want to do something new. The movies shown are older so it would be for nostalgia . You are given noise cancel headphones to listen and follow along to the movie. The seats are OK. Get there early to snag a good spot.

A girlfriend and I bought tickets to Rooftop Cinema on a Friday night. This was my first experience and it was enjoyable. Although the show was sold out, there was no line or waiting to get onto the rooftop lawn. The staff was accommodating. I loved my buttery, movie theater style, popcorn. My bourbon laced cocktail was tasty. The soft pretzel was warm and delicious. Headsets were easy to use and the sound quality was crisp and clear. The screen quality was excellent. My headset conked out on me about 30 minutes into the movie and I was given another set right away.
My only, very minor issue with the Rooftop Cinema experience was seating. I paid for a larger lounge chair but they only put out a few-so it's really first come, first serve. I ended up sitting in the front row which is rough on my eyes. There's a bar inside on the rooftop level and a few cute photo opportunities. Be warned, there's no protection from the elements so check the weather and come prepared.
