This company lacks to take accountability with their drivers. To keep it short, we had to experience a terrible driver in a RAM truck swerving into our lane repeatedly. After deciding that it was unsafe to drive behind, we decided to pass. However, the driver was not paying attention and carelessly swerved into our late which caused us to honk our horn. In response, he then honked at us, slowed down and stared at us. He then swerved into our lane, slowed down in front of us, then decided he would be better off speeding and weaving in and out of the traffic on Benicia bridge.

Do with this information as you will. If they can't take accountability for their drivers, I wouldn't trust them with their services either.

The brothers were very professional. Had a great price. They thinned out 11 very tall redwood trees. They removed 1 tree. Ground down stump's. They had a large crew and cleaned up everything

They arrived on time with all the equipment and personnel to get the job done in a professional manner. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. Additionally, they cleaned up all debris left behind from trimming the trees. I will be using Rosa's Tree Care Service again next year to trim my trees.

I'm a little late getting my review in. This company gave us a reasonable price in comparison to other companies that quoted us. Their crew came out early April, 2024 to trim, and prune and cut back 3 trees in our backyard... 2 Crepe Myrtle's and a large Green Willow. We hadn't had them done in a long time. They did a very efficient job. Cleaned up everything before leaving. I'm very happy with their work. I will recommend this company.

They did an excellent job trimming and removing dead branches from my 100+ foot redwood tree. Jose was very thorough in his explanation of exactly what he would do if he got the job. He actually looked very closely from all angles before providing his bid.

Jose and the service from Rosas was top notch. They are professional, hardworking and competitively priced. They also trimmed an a few extra things for us without any additional cost, we will use them again. Very prompt to setup and schedule too.

We had our backyard tree removed. The crew worked very hard and efficiently. They finished the removal, clean up, and grinding within a few hours and left our yard clean and neat. I wish I could give them 10 stars. The work they did was amazing. Anyone who has trees in Livermore knows how expensive it is to have trees bollard cut and this year we just couldn't afford the crew we've used for years; and they couldn't take care of our palm tree anyway.
We got 3 bids and Rosa's was the most affordable. We held our breath, hoped for the best and we're totally blown away by the job they did. Amazing!! The clean up was perfect, the crew had all their safety gear, they were on time, and the palm tree came out better than I've ever seen it. We will use them every year, so glad we found them!
