Royal Motor

All I wanted to to was buy a van. I've been looking. I'm not sure what I want. I have extreme agoraphobia and have high risk for covid so I'm basicly stuck at home and also during pandemic car was stolen but I'm shelter in place so didn't get a new one. Havnt left my house in months and months and am ready to get out a little so I'm like ok I'm ready I want to buy a van finally been a dream for a long time plus. I have to move. So a van is best. I found an ad on Craigslist that said you can do it all virtually. For a place called royal motor. You can even have it delivered to your driveway. I'm not sure exactly what, I have a budget with a few options in my price range I just need someone who knows vans to help me pick one.

I was so happy when i was the Craigslist and thought how great I can get a van and don't have to lave my house

When I called the guy on the phone acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. And was accusatory like I was trying trying pull a trick or somthing.

It was an extremely frustrating conversation and I finally said never mind. I was willing to pay extra for delivery if that's what he was getting at I don't even know what he problem with me was, but don't advertise that I can get a car and u can show it to me on video chat nd deliver it it me then make me seem like im being redic or shady when I call and ask about it.

I just wanted him to sell me a van. I have some money and am ready to spend it I'm just not ready to get in an Uber or a lyft to get to a car lot though. Thanks for making me feel like sh*t about it.

I worked with Reza & he is the man!! He wants work WITH you and not WORK you over! Great experience. If he has another vehicle again that I'm after, I'm going with him! Thank you Reza, I appreciate your patience, kindness and experties!

My company has been working with Royal Motors for approximately 10 years. I have purchased about 10 vehicles from Reza and each one worked out well for us. If he doesn't have the type of vehicle I want, he has been able to find it for me. His pricing is fair and Reza is an honest man. I was introduced to him by another company and it turned out very good for me!

The owner is very friendly and accomodating. Seems very honest and has a decent selection of vehicles especially given the small lot size. I can definitely see myself buying from him in the future.

I needed a van and Royal motors had great selection of work vans. I spoke to Ray who was very friendly and helpful on the phone. He gave me all the information I needed over the phone before I arrived. Upon arriving I was given a warm welcome and walked though the lot with Ray and inspected the vans I was interested in and took two of them out for a test drive. I finally decided on the one I wanted, made my purchase and was on my way.
But here's the real story. Ray called me two weeks after the purchase to see how the things were. The fact is we were having a few issue. He told me to bring it back and he would take care of it.
Ray and his staff are professional and service oriented. They stand behind what they sell and are extremely fare. It was a pleasure doing business with Royal Motors and they are the only place I will buy work vans.

Royal Motor is close to my house. I was a manager of a small import company, and I needed a Van in a hurry, I did not want to rent one for a few months, so I went and talked to Reez.
He got me into a fairly old Cargo Van, For $4K. The Van only had
40, 000 miles on it. 2 days later, I went back and told him I should of got one with a Tow Package. he gave me one-
No high pressure selling. He has a large assortment of Cargo Vans and small Commercial vehicles. If you need a Van, or a pickup, or truck.
You wont find a nicer guy.
Oh yea- I drove that van for 2 years. I had no problems. I did the normal maintenance.

Reza is really great and wants to help you find the best vehicle for you, really easy to work with!

I initially went through the website to get a quote and James Jamous responded very quickly.

We handled a lot of the negotiation through email which was incredibly helpful because I have a busy work schedule and I didn't want to spend too much time at the dealership mulling over the details.

Once I got to the dealership he took me through all of the cars and color combinations and helped me decide on a vehicle that I love.

The only real downside was how long the process took once I got to the dealership. I'm sure they just have a lot of paperwork to handle but I like things to move quickly. I was in-and-out of there in 4 hours so overall it was a pretty good experience.
