The service I received from beginning to end exceeded all my expectations! If you're shopping around for movers, I would save some time and give RMC a call. Not only do they have the best prices in the bay, they have the best customer service as well.

I spoke with Kristian who was really helpful in answering my numerous questions and quickly providing the necessary documentation requested from my HOA. On the morning of the move, we received a text notification and call from the movers. Our movers, Jamal and Malik, were punctual, friendly, and respectful. After our walk through, they wasted no time and got straight to work. The moving coordinator at our new building complimented Jamal and Malik stating that they move fast compared to others movers from other companies. After the move, Nick called for a brief follow up just to make sure the move went smoothly. We really appreciated that as most movers don't follow up and offer to take feedback.

Mark, Alex, Vlad worked hard and got our two bedroom moved in about 9 hours (including an hour travel). They did it carefully with no damages.

This moving company was recommended by a friend who used their services when she moved. Their price is reasonable compared to other companies that had a flat hourly rate but had additional fees like a truck fee, etc. They were responsive and it was easy to book them.

During the day of our move, Alex, Vlad, and Olzhas were very quick and efficient. Alex was our point person so we relayed all of our questions and instructions to him. He is very kind and thorough, and would ask us questions if he wasn't sure.

We were moving from a 2 bedroom apartment and had only 1 elevator working. But the team moved very efficiently and they finished loading all our stuff in less than 3 hours.

Unloading was also smooth. They listened to our instructions on where to put things. They also reassembled the furniture.

Overall, we are happy with their service and will definitely book them should we move again.

Both Andrei and Nick quickly reached out to my family member regarding the damage to the end table. While they made the effort to correct the mistake, I can no longer give them a rating of 5 stars, but a rating of 3 stars. Why? Well, despite the reimbursement, the end table is still damaged.

Rule of thumb as of this writing, California law states they are required to pay 60 cents per pound/article; that is 60 cents x the weight of your item.

2 men came to help and did an outstanding job. I book for the late afternoon so i knew they were gonna be tired from the morning move. The still did a great job - I pre-labeled everything with color post-its for each room and they just put everything where it was suppose to be. They wrapped up all fragile furniture and made sure that nothing would get damaged. They had to move things down a flight or stairs and then back up a flight. Make sure to have some bottle waters for them in the fridge as your cups will be packed.

Following my original review, the business manager at Royal Moving Company reached out to my partner to discuss our experience in more detail. They were very receptive, asking for specifics about the scheduling issues and moving process (points 1 through 3 from my previous review). I appreciated that they listened without judgment or any attempt to justify what happened.

While they didn't explicitly state the purpose of gathering this information, we appreciated it nonetheless whether it was for process improvement or simply to provide a good customer service experience.

After some back-and-forth, the business manager agreed to a refund that adjusted our final cost to match the original estimate, plus tip. This gesture was appreciated and showed a commitment to customer satisfaction. They also expressed a hope that this experience wouldn't entirely sour our impression of their company and invited us to contact them directly should we decide to use their services again in the future, promising a better experience next time.

I noticed that many other reviews praised one of the movers we had by name, suggesting that our experience might simply have been an exception. I appreciate that the company acknowledged our situation and made an effort to make things right by honoring the initial quote.

Royal Moving Company did an great job with my move! The team spent several hours carefully handling a lot of boxes and assembling furniture. They were professional, efficient, and made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend them for any move, big or small!
