Roy's Sewer Service

Jason and Alex came to fix a pipe that was over 40 years old and finally gave out, flooding my garage. They stayed till the job was done, looked for little ways to add value, cleaned the area, and were friendly every step of the way. ROY"S is the PLACE to go for any clogs or drain issues. Hands down! Awesome!

After the storm of the century hit Marin for the past week, there is water sipping through the walls behind my garage and bedroom closet. Called Roy's (after my contractor recommended them) and they were able to come out the next day. Two guys came, Brian and Jason (I might be wrong) showed up on time and they were able to pin point the problem within 20 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable, easy going and funny as well. Damage was $325 but I understand about the cost. Great experience and I will def use them again in the future.

Jason & Tracy both came to my house today, a big van each. They worked on my sewer and toilet & made a terrible problem better than ever. They both have been to my house separately over the years to clear roots from the line to the street. Today, they were here ready to take my huge problem on, and they did. Awesome job guys! Quality, intelligent problem solving and great clean-up afterward. Highly recommend and thank you!

Recently Jason and Sean were out to the house to do a routine service. My puppy escaped and they helped me catch him in the rain. It was a lovely gesture. One I really appreciated. Very helpful moving things out of the way to access the clean-out. I recommend them highly.

I've used about 7 different plumbing companies in the past 2 years as a result of some bad plumbing problems at my newly purchased home. Yesterday I used Roy's for the first time. Jason and Tim are awesome. They dotted every I and crossed every T to make sure that I don't have problems in the future. They went above and beyond. I can't say enough about the experience.

On Sunday I could smell a sewage odor in the bathroom I had just renovated in the law office in my rental property in San Rafael. I called Roy's at 7 a.m. on Monday morning thinking I would get a voice mail that would tell me what the operating hours were. Instead I spoke to a very nice woman who said she would call me back before Noon to let me know when someone could come to take care of the problem. At 8 a.m. she called back to tell me that Jason and his trainee were on their way from Novato. I had terrible traffic getting to San Rafael (I live in Novato) and met them at the building. Not only did Jason allay my fears that something terrible was wrong but gave me a quick lesson in how to maintain my drain in the shower and then had his trainee check the entire drainage system out to the curb while he showed me how the system works. I was very, very impressed with Jason and his trainee (whose name I didn't catch) and cannot praise them, their professionalism, their caring attitude and obvious expertise enough. Thank you, Roy's Sewer Service for making me happy and a loyal customer. I will call next September for what will be my first yearly check up. Sarah Ryan
