Yes, yes, YES! Honest service, fair pricing, quick turnaround - this place has it all. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes, one of the guys replaced my tire in a pinch and didn't try to upsell me.

Such a great experience with them today. I wish I got the name of the gentleman who helped me, he was top notch. Very quick and reasonably priced. If I need another flat tire replaced I will be back for sure. Thanks for the great work and customer service today!

Would give this place 6 stars if I could.

Problem: I grazed a curb with my Porsche at around 25mph but this was enough to knock a front wheel out of alignment, steering wheel tilted 15 degrees, PSM error lights came on, loud cracking noise if I turn wheel too far.

First I brought the car to a couple local Manhattan auto shops, all said something is bent, one shop quoted me $3.8K for to buy replacement knucke and two tie rods to fix. After I questioned him he took off the knuckle and reduced price to $1.8K saying the knuckle is not THAT bent, talk about shady lol. That shop also said that they should be able to order the parts and have it fixed by next day. This gave me the KEY clue that probably nothing was bent, because Porsche parts are notoriously difficult to get next day.

Solution: So I looked around for a shop to realign the wheels only and called Rush and spoke to Ramon. To my surprise they had the latest Hunter equipment to be able to do a Porsche alignment (typically needed to be done at dealership for 4x the price). I brought the car in the next day, they first thought something was bent too but upon inspection one of his guys said nothing looks bent so they'll do the alignment to see if it'll fix the issue. 1 hour later, the car drives straight and smooth as new, no noise, nothing. Total cost was $110! Outstanding work, no upsell, no scamming customers like the Manhattan autoshops. They'll have my business for life or as long as I live in NYC.

This place is excellent. My experience:
1. Fast service: in and out for 4 tires in 45 min flat;
2. Quality: They have this new computer alignment system, for a top-notch wheel alignment after mounting new tires;
3. Friendly: Staff is great and very friendly;
4. Good price. My Tip: I used the Mavis discount tire website to do the review (they have consumer ratings on the tires). Then compared prices to Rush auto. My preferred tire was $45 cheaper at Rush (and I needed 4!). So that was an easy deal.
5. Fast order: Selected the tires on their website, and they arrived the next day in the shop. Faster than I thought it would be. Exceding expectations.

I got a flat upstate, and the tire the local shop had available didn't match the tires I already had on. Another tire didn't have the correct tread level anyways so it was enough for me to finally get 4 new tires for my AWD car and I put them on at this shop.

Excellent service and very friendly. My car was in and out in about 30-40 minutes and it looked great. Feeling confident to hit the road again. Would definitely come back.

Another great experience, went in just to see if my rim was bent or if I needed a new wheel. They were quick and professional and didn't try to upsell me at all. Will be going back for a full tire replacement and alignment!

I needed to mount a 285 x 35 x 18 tire on an 18 x 8 rim
It wasn't easy but they got the job done!

So happy with my service from Rush Auto Tire Shop. I had a flat on my Benz CLA. I was able to order a new tire pirelli tire from their website which had great selection and the best prices. The new tire was shipped from their warehouse in 2 days and I was able to get my car serviced immediately the next day. Diego was very responsive via email and very accommodating. Super fast, reliable and friendly
service with reasonable prices! Definitely would recommend!

I had a great experience here. The price they quoted me was fair right off the bat, and because I was buying all 4 new tires, they threw in a free alignment. The work was done immediately and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommended.
