RX3 Car Detailing

Scheduled 10-12. Got a call at 12:09 stating 15-20 mins late. Then got a text at 12:35 that eta was 1:15. Service started at 1:20. I waiting at home with no idea they would be late until after the delivery window I signed up for. I've use their service before but will never book again. Poor customer service. When I came back I found the technician calmly smoking a cigarette in front of my house. The rims on the tires were barely clean, I had to touch them up. Streak marks everywhere on the interior. Not even sure if he applied the extra add on to the windshields as he didn't review my service, what was done, or show me a receipt. I paid $250 in cash after a "generous" 10% discount for the inconvenience. Very sad this ruined my Sunday plans and expectations.

One, it is easy to set up an appointment with them. Just go to their website, pick which services your car needs ( sorry, they don't have SPA treatment, LOL ), and book an appointment.

Two, they'll send alert that you're booked via email and text.

Three, when the detailers arrive, they'll either text you or call you to let you know.

Finally, when you go out to meet them and guide them to your car. In my case, my car was parked on one street and they told me they needed to be near the car. So we worked well together to find another parking spot. Lo and behold, we found one long empty parking spot. We both parked and they set to work.

Took them a sweet two hours and a half. No problem, it's good not to rush anyone. My family and I walked over to our car when they informed us it was ready. Upon arrival, we were gob-smacked by the beauty of our dear Subaru. So clean. We looked inside and we gasped "Golly, it's like new."

Hell yeah, I'll hire them again when our car gets filthy to the Nth degree.

We were very unhappy with how our detailing went. We had it scheduled for 12:00 - 2:00pm. I had called in at 12:10pm after the scheduled start time and the person who answered said that the person should be arriving soon.

The person who was scheduled to work on our vehicle called me at 1:03pm saying that he was going to be late and will be at my location in 45 MINUTES! That's already at the end of our scheduled time. We needed the service done, so we did wait but we were not happy with that at all. He then called me at 2:06pm saying that he had arrived.

He worked on it and then called me again at 3:29pm that he was done. We knew that because our vehicle is used for a soccer program that it was dirty but by no means was it very muddy, just lots of dead grass that can be easily vacuumed. We never had this vehicle detailed before so we knew whatever was being done had to be better than the condition it was in. At first look, we were very pleased with how it ended up. But after looking over it again, there were plenty of missed spots to be vacuumed. He told us that since the back floor was made of plastic, he would have an easier time to clean it but he left water and mud within the areas that the back seats lock into.

He asked us how the detail was and we told him it went well once he finally got there. Then he began to tell us why there was such a delay. I am normally understand but because of the lack of communication from him and this company, I was not. I called into the company myself 10 minutes after the start time and didn't hear back. Then the guy doing the work called me an hour later saying he was going to be 45 minutes longer until he arrived. It would have been much better if we were told when I first called that he wasn't going to be there in the time frame. Or even better, get contacted by the company themselves.

I had high hopes for this company from the reviews I read and how easy it was to book and communicate with someone through Yelp, but I don't think I will be using this company for the future.

These guys are amazing! My car was covered in pollen from being in Tahoe this past 4th of July - now my car is spotless! They cleaned every nook and cranny, including my attached bike rack, all while my car was parked outside of my building. I booked the day before on Wednesday @ 4pm, they were here, and done, within the appointment window of 12-2pm the next day Thursday. They're professional, and I appreciate that they accept Venmo. You won't regret using them!

I'm not one to write a bad review, but this was not the best experience. The technician ended up chipping a portion of paint off the hood of my car during the detail. A different technician came back to paint over the chip, but the black doesn't match the original paint. Pretty disappointed.

My bf puked in the car and OMG! It was like the exorcist! It was almost as impressive as it was disgusting! Somehow RX3 got all the stains on my TAN seats (and headliner) and the horrible smell out. My car looks brand new again! Plus I was able to schedule them the next day! They were super responsive and extremely kind despite the task I had for them.
100% would recommend!

I have been debating buying a new car. We were getting ready for a road trip and so I requested a quote on Yelp. RX3 was the first to respond with detailed information on available services. Easy to schedule. He came to my house and did an amazing job! So much so that I no longer feel the need to get a new car when mine looks like new!

Their team did an excellent job removing several challenging stickers from my windows and car body. The communication with the front office was smooth and quick, and the team arrived on time. The team working on my car was very professional and left the car in good condition. Will use again.
