Bernie and Mike are the best. Bernie was open Frank about what would work with our truck Mike fixed some shortcomings on my older pickup we pulled out of the lot happy customers.

Bernie could have sold me the trailer I really wanted but he showed me the specifications in detail regarding my truck & the various trailers that wiuld work well within the load limits or capacity of my truck. I was very comfortable doing business with Bernie very comfortable dealing with Mike. Mike is a super talent, he knows the business and he showed that he knows the business by fixing and fabricating and electrical piece that was missing from my truck so that it would work with the new trailer. They we're both up front and honest you just simply can't beat that type of service they provided .Bernie & Mike are awesome

After California Trailors blew an easy sale, I headed to Sac Valley Trailers where they treated me great and for a few hundred more sold me a much better trailer. The ramps alone made up for the difference in price. It was a dump trailer with much heavier duty hydrolics, better design and heavier duty everything
, so happy that Calif. Trailers could not handle an easy sale.

Came in early in the morning to purchase a large dump trailer. Unfortunately the man who greeted (can't even say he actually greeted me) me who must be the owner was extremely rude off the bat. I just mentioned I was waiting for someone in the store to meet me and he went off on me with an attitude. I was ready to make a big purchase early in the morning but I will be taking my business elsewhere where. Super un professional and I came here because of the good reviews. Unfortunately the attitude from the man who didn't even greet me with a good morning just lost good business, recurring business. I'm a human being and I felt like I was treated less than that.

I have to Say I got a good deal . I being all over Sacramento and the internet looking for a deal , but you must stop in person see it for yourself!!! Thanks to all the guys for their help .

Jamie and the team at Sac Valley Trailer impressed me. I got a great price on a dump trailer that I couldn't find anywhere else. When we hooked up my truck we found out I had no lights, they worked diligently and found the source of my problems and fixed it! This type of customer service is not typical and I am grateful for the help I received. I highly recommend them and will be back for my next trailer.

Wow! The service we received was outstanding. Not only did we get a fantastic deal, they helped my daughter and I hook it up check all the lights were working, made sure we had the correct hitch. Great service can't brag enough.

A friend had gone there and they told him they didn't have what he was looking for. I called and they told me they didn't have what they were advertising but had a different trailer. Gave me a price . My friend went back
(not realizing it was the same place he had been to until he got there), they told him they didn't have what they told me they had and quoted him a higher price. He was ready to pay cash. But they were incredibly rude again. I would never do business with these guys. Very dishonest. When I called back he told me he didn't say any of the things he said to me. It seams there was a short term memory loss. He told me he didn't have time to talk to me he had other customers. No problem you won't be getting my cash! My hard earned money is better spent with someone who wants my and appreciates my business.
