Sacramento 49er Travel Plaza

I had to return my FULL AmeriGas 5 gallon propane tank because the valve was not working and the gas would not flow. I could not find the actual receipt as requested by Mgr. Aaron but I did print off the many charges (Quickbooks) I've had at the truckstop over the last couple months. Aaron said he could not replace the tank without the proper receipt and without verifying his records. I do understand he must answer to someone else but this was my 3rd visit to try to resolve this. I explained I live down the street and have been a regular customer for over 20 years. No such luck.

I went to Home Depot in West Sac and explained the situation. They exchanged the tank at no charge and I purchased another as well. Now that is good service and PR. I do hope the owner(s) of the 49r Truck Stop give their managers a bit more leeway in making exceptions to their rules. (I did call AmeriGas and they said they did not have the means to help me either)

I would like to thank Vanessa from the 49'er Diner. I had some questions about possibly staying at the Plaza or using the facilities. Vanessa was unsure of the answers, and she went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. Difficult access and only 4 gas pumps but hey it is the cheapest gas in Sacramento!

Try to come during off hours otherwise you'll find a backlog of cars waiting for gas.

49ers truck wash is mess. Paid $130 for truck wash and see picture. When I spoke to manager he took
My free wash away and said they can not give me free wash and no refund. This thing works like this. Up to you drivers. Is this fare ?? Please go and check

It's clean and friendly. I was looking for a cigarette lighter plug but none here. It's kinda old school. But i figured id try.

This General Store / Gas station is running a false advertising scam. They have stickers placed at every pump where if you get 15 or more gallons of gas, you get a free soda. If the pump doesn't print a receipt, you will not get the soda. If you go inside the store to retrieve your receipt, the cashier will print your receipt, but they will not honor the free soda.

Terrible food. Seems to me mostly frozen food. Real bad even fir a truck stop. Fuel prices were pretty decent.

There are 4 gas pumps here... only 4. How is this a travel plaza. It's a nightmare. Save yourself some time and go to the chevron across the street.

Did not go into the market or store. Maybe that's awesome but this is not a gas station you want to go to.

Great people and a quality experience, I'll definitely be back. Restaurant needs more football 49er influence.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PARK HERE!!!
If you are interested in only parking your truck at pilots you might as well just take the 30 min drive to Dunnigan or Lodi. 1. this place is filthy, disgusting. 2. I seen reviews of trying to change pricing on the parking and it's true! There's no signs up with the firm pricing and they will change it in your. don't lose the ticket or that $59 a night!
So, my husband and I park here and go in to take a shower.. it's $20! ok fine wtv then they say there's no couple shower pricing and it's 1shower per person! $40 for us to take a shower!! This place is just one huge price gouge for working people.

I hate to give bad reviews but it was very disappointing Staffa me security in the night very bad .
i am Trucker and we have 25 Trucks I make sure we switch from Pilot flying J to Love from next month I Google and drive there because I am pilot client we always fill up all our Trucks at Pilot

the way this place operate I think Pilot will be gone soon

one 9 is better but this 49er Travel Plaza guys try not to stop here

I wanted to use the wash room and security said 2 minutes we must get out and they closing time was 12:00 am midnight he just treated me like begger
I felt like drive out same time they charge 20 $ and don't care even u fill up here
lad told me it's not Pilot ok we only sell the diesel for them

pilot have to shut them down and don't use them
