Sacramento Appliance Repair Service

Our 13 year old refrigerator suddenly stopped working. Our worst fear was that we would have to buy a new one. We found the repair service on Angie's List and were lucky that Boris, the repair technician, was available on short notice on a Saturday. He thoroughly checked the fridge and found that the condenser had blown. He had a new one in his truck; thoroughly vacuumed all the dust in the ventilation system; and even vacuumed the top of the refrigerator. Incredible customer service!!! He also repairs dishwashers, washing machines and dryers and we would call him in a second if we need service in the future!

Boris was a really nice technician, straightforward and recommended further advice to prevent dryer from overheating.

After calling and complaining, Tommy came back and inspected my dryer. He took it apart and was able to solve the issue while offering resolutions. Appreciate him for doing so and no extra fees were added. Thank you!

Had a problem with my washer , called them and they came in the same day Technician (Tomy)was very friendly, He diagnosed what was wrong with my washer,it was the pump and my washer was retaining too much water , he ordered the part he needed , came after 1 day and fixed it as a brand new washer , price was responsible, thank you guys definitely I will call you back if I need any help

6 visits for an issue with the fridge and not fixed.

Honestly, it was a bizarre experience. The individual they sent over doesn't communicate well. Doesn't volunteer any information. If you ask a question, he doesn't answer directly. Even on the first visit, I asked a simple question of what he found wrong in the fridge. His response was to explain that I would need to empty out the fridge for the next visit for the actual repair. I had to ask three times, just to have him finally tell me he was going to replace a sensor. I decided to be patient and give them time for the repair, but after six visits occurring well over a month and being provided little to no information, I finally asked if I needed to find another company to service the fridge. They literally replied telling me to "transfer the service request to another company".

The whole time, I was patient and reasonable with them. Can't say for sure what was happening behind the scenes, but I'm guessing they just didn't know how to fix the fridge, kept delaying, and then finally gave up.

Was having refrigerator problems and they were able to respond same day. The technician that came out was knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue. Technician was able to give me the information I needed to take care of the problem immediately. Cost was also very reasonable.

Would use again and would recommend to others.

I have been using Boris who works at Sacramento Appliance service for over 7 years. In last 7 years we called Boris several times. We had to call him when Microwave stopped working, and one's dryer was not producing any heat. Every time Boris was able to fix problem on the spot or next business day. That's what I really liked about him, I know that when I'll call him, he'll stop by within next 8 hrs or less. Usually he asked me few questions and asks me to give him model number of appliance if possible so when he shows up most likely he has parts with him.

Last time we called Boris because Oven stopped heating up. Right over the phone Boris asked me to turn on Broil instead of Bake and right of way we determined that Broil mode was working just fine. So when Boris came over my house he already knew that it's bottom burner that's not working. Everything was fixed within 1 hour and over works as new!

And I love very reasonable prices :)

5 star review for Boris. I was supposed to meet Boris at my apartment at 5 PM to fix my dishwasher but got stuck in traffic. I called Boris to let him know I'd be late and he said "No problem, can you be here soon?" To which I replied "yes I am hurrying!" 20 minutes later I showed up to Boris sitting in a chair in the court yard with a smile on his face. Great business man who cares about his customers and reputation. Sorry to make you wait, Boris!

Boris came at the time office said he would be at my residence. Looked at my washer diagnosed the problem quickly and was done within 30 min. Gave me a great price on the part and labor. Very satisfied with the work they complete. Would recommend to anyone who uses Sears, they couldn't come see my washer til 23rd, Sears that is????? Would use SARS again for sure. Thanks Boris!!!!

Their customer service is outstanding and they stand behind their warranty. Had a dishwasher problem and they came out twice to make sure that I was a happy customer. They're very responsive by phone (shout out to Anton) and Boris is very knowledgeable. Would use them again for sure!

Boris and Anton are really skilled. Worked a miracle on my vintage refrigerator which leaked and howled. Very prompt, personable and efficient. They even came a second time to replace the fan on my freezer. Please call these guys, your won't be disappointed. Outstanding service and lovely people!
