      All around two thumbs up. I was very happy to finally get my windshield repaired CORRECTLY! Ryan and his team delivered. Sadly, I can't speak so highly of the Pasadena Safelite location who I went to have the windshield replaced originally back in May 2022.

      A few days ago I had a rock chip hit my Tesla on the freeway, which turned into a huge crack within a few hours, partly due to the heat. I filed a claim with my insurance, Geico, and since I have zero deductible, I scheduled an appointment with Safelite Auto Glass in Rancho Cucamonga for Friday morning.

      From the moment I checked in, the experience was smooth and efficient. Luz assisted me quickly and effectively. I was informed that the service would take about 6 hours because they needed to recalibrate the cameras. To my pleasant surprise, the technician, Emanuel, did a fantastic job and called me after just 4 hours to let me know my car was ready.

      The in and out process was easy as well. I didn't have to pay and get reimbursed; they charged my insurance directly. The waiting area was comfortable, offering complimentary gourmet coffee, hot chocolate, and teas. The shop itself is very clean and well-maintained. It's conveniently located across the street from 24 Hour Fitness. Additionally, the lifetime warranty on the installation and against leaks is a great value, giving me peace of mind.

      Overall, I am very satisfied with the installation and the service provided. I highly recommend Safelite Auto Glass in Rancho Cucamonga!

      I have excellent insurance, and they cover my glass replacement.
      This is my 3rd replacement. Luz, the lady upfront, is excellent at her job. Great customer service, friendly and very responsive.
      Jorge, the technician, got me out of there quickly. Good looking out. Great teamwork by those Luz and Jorge.

      I recommend this place solely on Luc, the front receptionist at the Rancho location. She was on a lunch break but decided to take the time to look up information for me. She had a cheerful, upbeat, kind demeanor. You can tell she really truly loves what she does.

      Oh, Safelite. Boy was I the wrong person to ask to write a review.

      WORST PLACE EVER!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE have your windshield repaired/replaced some place else. Any place is better than this s**t hole.

      Had an appointment on 4/20/24 @ 10:00 a.m. and I prepaid for the replacement. In the days leading up to my appointment, I received multiple texts and emails requesting the vehicle be dropped off prior to 9:30 a.m. Okay, appreciate the notices so I drop the Acura TLX off at 9:00 a.m. While I'm handing the gent working the front, he proceeds to remind me that Safelite closes at 5:00 p.m. Okay, no biggie, my wife and I don't have plans until 6:00 p.m. that evening - plenty of time to swing by and grab it before we need to be someplace else.

      Let me fast forward 7-1/2 hours to 4:30 p.m. that day. I hadn't received a text, email, or phone call with any updates. I get it, people get busy and forget to let the other party know their vehicle is ready to be picked up, so I told my wife to swing by on our way out and see if it's ready. Lo and behold...NOPE!!! my vehicle is sitting in the same parking stall, with the same cracked, busted windshield. Keep in mind I swung by at 4:30 p.m. and this place closes at 5:00 p.m. I'm no auto expert, but I don't think 30 min. is enough time to change out a windshield.

      I'll get to the voicemail later, but the 1st call I received from these criminals is at 4:48 p.m. that evening. I didn't answer because again, I have plans that evening and they close at 5:00 p.m. What are they going to tell me, "Uhhhhh, sir we didn't get to your vehicle today so we are going to have to keep it until Monday." The second call came at 6:03 p.m. that evening. I still didn't answer because they are supposedly closed and I didn't want to hear the ridiculous excuse they were going to try and lay on me.

      Now the voicemail, because this makes everything soooooo much better on Monday when I swing by to pick it up. Again, can't attach photos, but I really wish I could. Anyway, the last call I receive that evening is at 7:09 p.m. and Safelite finally decides to leave a voicemail. Here it is transcribed:

      "Hi, this in Daniel with Safelite AutoGlass. Your vehicle is done sir and we're closing so we're gonna keep it in overnight. We've been calling all day. You can come pick it up on Monday anytime. Thank you."

      First of all, your 1st call was at 4:48 p.m. How in the f**k are you going to say you've been trying to call all day. Second, you close at 5:00 p.m., moron. How am I supposed to get there before you close? You think I walked there? Last, thanks for keeping it overnight f**ktards. Did you change the windshield? I suspect not. I suspect Safelite was trying to cover their butts so they made up some fictitious nonsense.

      So Monday, 4/22/24 rolls around. This facility opens at 8:00 a.m. I'm one of the 1st people there to pick up my Acura TLX. Remember the voicemail, I can pick it up any time on Monday, right? Wrong! So besides not being able to pick up my vehicle, the stupid f**king c-bag, b**ch paper pushing, idiot at the front desk, starts trying to lay into me about not answering my phone, because of course, my car was ready. Until I said, "Really? Do you want to look at my call log and see what time you guys called? Because it was 2 minutes before closing and hours after closing." That sorry waste of human flesh immediately ran to the back to get my keys.

      But when she returns, guess what? If you guessed the car wasn't ready, you'd be correct. The tech still needed to do the calibration. Wait, what? Remember the voicemail from Saturday evening? Oh that's right, I can pick it up anytime on Monday. I was asked if I wanted to wait a few HOURS while they did the calibration. Ummmmm, no morons. I have a meeting in Irwindale at 10:00 a.m. Do the math an tell me how I'm going to wait AND make my morning meeting?

      In a nutshell, the staff here is dumber than a sack of rocks and my experience, like many of the other reviewers for this place, was way, way under par. Do not go here, even if your insurance company request you do. It's not worth it.

      Reading all these negative reviews had me a little nervous at first. But I went ahead and used this location. my experience was fast and excellent. My appointment was at 10am but like always I arrived 15 minutes early. They checked me in right away. The technician gave me a one to two hour estimate for completion. The whole windshield replacement process was completed by 10:49 am. Thank you.

      Scheduled an appointment to get my windshield replaced at the rancho location. This was scheduled in advance. I get there and the first thing they tell me is they don't have my windshield and got sent to the wrong location and It will be an hour to arrive. I scheduled my appointment to wait there so already a bad start because it's another hour to wait. Hours passed and the windshield got replaced and left. When I got home I noticed some spots by where my rear view mirror is placed from the outside. I see 4 specs and I thought they were adhesive on the inside that needed to dry. Weeks later my appointment to get my windshield tinted came up and the first thing they noticed was the cracks where the rear view mirror was. The guy said they were cracks from the inside and not adhesive. Already furious because instead of saying anything when the windshield got installed they refused to tell me.

      Now I'm scheduling another appointment to get replaced because of the mess up. I arrive and first thing they tell me again is they don't have the windshield. It's a "popular windshield." This was over a week in advance I gave them to again not have my windshield and was going to be 3 hours. I would not refer anyone to this place. Literally worst experience ever.

      My insurance sent me to this location, I was told when I made the appointment that it was going to take 3 hours. Well when I checked in, I was told I wouldn't get my car back until end of day, meanwhile my appointment was at 10. There is no phone number you can call to see if your car is ready. 800 number is not helpful at all.

      I'll make this short and sweet, absolutely worst experience/ service. They changed my windshield 3 times , I had to go to their shop/facility 5 times. Left my vehicle there the whole day in 2 separate occasions, lost my whole tank of gas (it was full when I started this repair), I'm out $2,250 (they did return the 650 for calibration). They couldn't calibrate my vehicle... they should be more open and honest/ transparent on the services that they can actually do and guarantee. Total waste of time and energy, save yourself the headaches and money ... go to the dealer . NO stars for Safelite, trust me I have learned from this experience, never again...

      Just a little update , took my vehicle to the dealer and now they have mentioned , camera and windshield bracket are damaged after their diagnostic... can someone from safelite reach out... this is getting out of control... where's upper management... ?

      VERY BAD SERVICE. PLEASE DONT COME HERE! DO NOT HAVE THEM REPAIR YOUR WINDSHIELD IF YOU'RE IN THE INLAND EMPIRE.

      I got my 2021 Tesla Model 3 to have it fixed by them. It was a crack caused by a rock. It was a pretty big crack about a quarter size and they were able to fix it. The crack was less visible but what I was dissatisfied about is the fact that they scratched my windshield during the repair and wasn't able to fix the scratch. I had thought that this was covered under their warranty and which I told it wasn't. I called this location and this man was giving me a really bad attitude and just raised his voice and kept telling me theres no way I can get a refund for it without hearing me out that they messed up by scratching my windshield in the first place. He did not even hear me out when I said I paid out of pocket for the service because on his screen, he sees me having my tesla insurance. I tried to have them contact tesla insurance and have them do claims that way, but the technician told me I have to pay after service and reimburse from my insurance. Very VERY VERY bad service. Never again.
