Salon Millennium

After not having a hair cut for several, I got one today, they were absolutely fantastic, simple vibe with music and magazine, this is most likely a mom and daughter business, they did me very well and I'll be visiting them again

I recently visited Salon Millennium and used two balayage packages I had purchased for $207 each which is total of $414. I applied these vouchers towards a root touch-up, partial highlights, and evening out my hair color from blonde to black. While the stylist did a good job with the coloring, I was disappointed with the billing process.

Despite there being a promotion for root touch-up and partial highlights, I was charged a higher price than expected. The promo wasn't applied, and I feel I was overcharged for the services, even though I didn't require a haircut.

The quality of the work was good, but the pricing left me feeling dissatisfied. I would recommend this salon for their skills, but I strongly advise being clear about costs and promotions before committing to services.

Walking into the salon you are always greeted extremely warmly, making you feel right at home.
Elena Butte is the best colorist in the Bay Area, in my opinion. She listens and offers advice, which is always fantastic! Her daughter, Sahar, works with her as well and is fantastic also. The salon itself is beautiful and utilizes the best products. If you do buy products from this business, rest assured that you are not being overcharged, as is the case in other salons.

The owner is rude and not customer oriented. Their Groupon is a joke. The owner accepted the Groupon, made me come to the appointment, wait for 15 minutes and then tell me she doesn't accept the Groupon. The last time I was there, she did my hair after being very rude to me. Her daughter is lovely and polite but the owner doesn't know about customer service.

Quy Trần is the best haircuts and asian hair permanent in town ever. The price cheap and reasonable. I am very happy with my hair Perm today with Quy.

Based on my experiences, there are not many hair stylists in the Palo Alto area that I can consistently rely on. Quy is an exception to this. She ALWAYS listens to you needs and wants and will consistently provide the best services to any of your hair needs. I highly recommend giving her a try! You will never go to another hair stylist again

Cindy did such an amazing job!! I left the salon with highlights, a layered haircut, and big smile. She's so reliable and has consistenlty proven her talent so much so that my grandmother, mother, aunties and cousins have been going to her salon for decades! She truely treats every customer with care and makes sure you are saitisfied. 10/10 would reccomend!

I got Balayage hair color done from this salon and they did a tremendous job. Elena asked for my preference and explained the process really well. She was able to exactly replicate the look I wanted. I valued her recommendations as she is a well experienced professional. She did a great job. Her daughter Sahar assisted and made amazing curls (see my picture :)). She was extremely sweet and polite. It was delightful to see mother and daughter working together. They are fun. Although they more of look like sisters :). The salon is beautiful, clean and they had great equipments. The Christmas tree was a cherry on the top. The location is really prime as it's located in Palo Alto downtown next to the Apple Store. It's at 30 second walk from 2 parking lots. The garage has 3 hour free parking and the open parking is free for 2 hours (Mon - Friday) until 5 pm. Overall a great experience and I would definitely go back to this salon! Feeling pampered! :)

Went in to get a Korean perm today. Great experience with Ms. Tran! I showed her a photo for reference and she helped out tremendously. Offering water and asking if my neck was comfortable while washing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Avoid this place at any cost! Ruin my hair color, and then the owner have the audacity to blame it on my hair color because it's too dark . And also worst place to get a haircut! Dont waste your money here, not worth it!!
